When to dealership to purchase an EV6 demanded 14k above

When to dealership to purchase an EV6 demanded 14k above MSRP and 3.5 K for maintenance package when asked what value do I get out of the maintenance package I was told free oil changes and engine intake filter etc I the asked how often do I need to change to oil on an EV6? Every 3k I will buy from another dealer.

Great Experience

We are so happy with our new Telluride from Kia of Clermont! Everyone was very friendly. We had our three younger boys with on the day we purchased and everyone worked hard to make the sales process as quick and smooth as possible! I will say it takes some patience to purchase a Telluride (or any car) in today's market, but Kia of Clermont seemed to get new Tellurides in each week and listened to our must-have's and let us know when a Telluride was available that matched our needs. Charissa and Tyler worked really hard to get us the Telluride that worked best for our family! They both had great communication and weren't pushy. Overall - Really nice facility, good selection and great staff! I highly recommend!

Service Dept. beware

I was quoted over $800 for sparkplug replacement on a 2013 kia Sorento, I was told it was costly because they have to remove the intake and throttle body to replace the back 3 plugs. Took it to another dealership and was charged only $499 plus received another 15% off with online service coupon.

Deceptive!

After going back and forth on the phone for several hours (i was at work) on a Kia Sorento Hybrid, I was told that I would be called back with final pricing. They charge a mandatory $2499 package on top of the fact that they also have an adjusted base market rate. I iI waited and then I was told that there was a mistake and the vehicle was not for sale, but had been a vehicle that had a deposit on prior but had been erroneously marked as available. I had a friend call the next day and the vehicle was still available. They could just have told me they wanted to wait for the weekend and sell it for more and not waste my time. I would not recommend!

We buy a number of Kia Souls each year for our corporate

We buy a number of Kia Souls each year for our corporate fleet. I went to Kia of Clermont and we got together on price for two Kia Souls. This was on a Friday and when they found out a check couldn't be cut until the following week with a $5K deposit, I was told they wouldn't sell me the Souls because they could make more money on them over the weekend. I was trying to establish a new relationship and they blew that one. As the cars didn't sell that weekend, I got a call to see if I was interest. No thanks! Bad start to a new Dealership. I hope they learned a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. I don't recommend them to anyone.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called to inquire about a Kia Niro 2 weeks ago. After getting the quote, part of the charges included were for the Claremont advantage. I live in Northwest Florida almost 8 hours from Orlando. I would never use this advantage, nor did I want it. This dealership refuse to remove it from the cost of a vehicle. They are charging 11% over MSRP for vehicles, and then have the nerve to charge for something that the customer doesn’t want. The only offer I was given, was to remove $1000 off of the 2495 at the advantage cost. If you were in the market for a vehicle I would go anywhere else but here.

Rotten to the core!!!

Simple here’s my trade on your 31k advertised used vehicle - what’s my out the door price? All day consumed getting to the list price of a new vehicle for their 3 year old used vehicle - total joke. Don’t waste your time - this is a culture rotten to the core.

I just purchased a vehicle from Kia of Clermont.

I just purchased a vehicle from Kia of Clermont. I have been buying cars for a long time. This had to of been 1 of my best experience ever. Not to mention the sales man Ziggy was absolutely amazing. He was quick straight to the point. N was very honest n not pushy at all. If you are looking for great service and a new car I highly recommend going to this dealership. I will definitely being buying all my cars from there and look forward to seeing the best sales man ziggy in the future. Thank You Kia and Ziggy for such a great experience. I must say this was the only time I have never had an issue buying a vehicle..If I could give them and the salesman 100 stars 🌟 I sure would..

Leaving someone waiting over 15 minutes after

Leaving someone waiting over 15 minutes after receptionist welcomed me and charging 7K over MSRP for Sorentos and 3K for Souls is not the best way to introduce yourselves to the neighborhood.
