excellent day

Brent Bishop gave us an exceptional experience yesterday. He was knowledgeable and imparted that knowledge in a pleasant, non-smarmy way. He gives a new face to the stereotypical car salesman we've all experienced.

Excellent Customer Service

Ty was very pleasant and professional! He helped me pick out the perfect model by using his immense knowledge on RAV 4’s!! I would recommend him to anyone who was interested in buying a Toyota!!

Low pressure and great service

Ty was great to work with. He was super helpful answering my questions and showing me cars I was interested in. I brought my two teenage kids with me and he was kind to them, answered their questions, and treated them well. I felt like he gave me a fair deal and was a straight shooter. He made buying a car stress free and smooth.

Awesome sales experience

Tye was our sales associate and we were very pleased with his follow-through throughout the whole process. We felt we could trust him and that he was working on our behalf to get our business and make us happy. He listened to what we wanted and delivered what he promised. The reason this rating is a 4 and not a 5 is based on the dealership practices, not our sales experience. We were not able to buy a manufacturer warranty, only 3rd party. We also felt the warranty experience needed to be backed up with more detailed and written information, not just hand written scratch and verbal input. We applied and qualified for the financing through Toyota’s website but had to do the whole process again because the dealership was not able to access the information.

Great Salesperson, Awesome Experience

Working with Ty was an enjoyable experience. He is very personable and has a great sense of humor. He worked with my wife and I to get us a great deal. He was straightforward and honest, which I greatly appreciated. My wife who typically does not like sales situations was very comfortable working with Ty. I would recommend Ty to friends and family, and I would work with him again.

Knowledegable, friendly, awesome experience

Wally was great!

My wife and I bought a 4Runner from Wally a few months ago. He was great to deal with. When we are looking to buy another Toyota, we'll come back to deal with him.

Efficient, profession and great customer service

My experience at Larry Miller was fantastic. Ty didn’t push like most salesmen do, he gave me my space to make my decision. I told him what I was looking for and he found me a car exactly what I wanted. Ty was profession, consistent and understanding.
