A couple of weeks post-purchase I had additional questions about my paperwork. Jess Spencer made time for a second face-to-face with me even though I was already a "done deal". It would have been far easier for him to pass me off to someone less busy.

I usually find car buying extremely stressful, and prefer to split the lengthy process into several visits. Gary Hillman actually made his part of the transaction very enjoyable! I was on the fence about trading my current Toyota for a new one -- Gary's thorough knowledge of his products helped me decide what would be best for me. He was extremely patient through the many test drives we took while I debated between models and the excellent selection available at LHM Toyota Boulder. Although I originally planned to only do test drives that afternoon, Gary kept the process so smooth and unpressured that I decided to purchase that same day. He even kept me fueled with a great variety of snacks available in his office, giving me an energy boost and the time I needed to make my decision. I would definitely buy through Gary Hillman again!

I have not bought a new car since 1995. This experience with Gary and LHM was super enjoyable. Every person at this agency was helpful, super informative and answered every single question I had. If I ever decide to purchase another car, it will be with LHM and Gary

I spoke to Ty on the phone before I came to the dealership. I was very firm in my prereqs for what it would take to make a deal. He informed me he couldn’t promise but he thought they could make it happen. He wanted to make sure I knew in advance it wasn’t guaranteed but he would do his best. Ty and team made it all happen. They were all very friendly and upfront. They handled the entire transaction with respect, integrity and class which is not normal in a dealership. It helped me to trust them and I will be back for repeat business.

Brent went above and beyond what I expected for customer service. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and what I appreciated most, up front and honest. He took me through the whole process, was very patient with my amateur questions, and even went as far as to talk to me at 9pm at night to let me know about other payment options for the vehicle I was interested in. Even though I will not be able to afford that vehicle, Brent's amazing customer service has convinced me to first look for my next vehicle through Boulder Toyota. Thanks Brent!

We shopped around at 4 different Toyota dealerships, and ended up working with Ty at Larry Miller Toyota in Boulder.
