He also worked hard to get us the best deal possible and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the trucks and clearly explained the differences between the models. He’s not only a great person, but also a great salesperson. I would definitely recommend him.

I met Ravi while shopping for a hybrid RAV4. He was so friendly and helpful, that I asked him if I could bring my adult ESL students to the dealership for a field trip. I've brought two classes in the past two years, and it's been a big success. Ravi does a great job with all kinds of random questions, and it's obvious why he's one of the top salespeople.

Still waiting to hear my under-warranty shocks are in. Already made 2 trips to the dealership and spent 6 hours in the waiting room just to hear they didn't have the parts. I was told I'd be contacted when the parts were in and the repair could be done. That was 3 weeks ago. Still haven't been contacted.

I find it very frustrating and poor customer service that the shuttle service only goes 'partway' into Erie but will gladly go all the way into Erie to recruit customers. I spent over $40 for an Uber due to my vehicle being in the service department for two recalls (in addition to my regular service) all day. Other dealerships will reimburse customers for ride share expenses under such circumstances.
