Mr. Rodolfo, was very respectful and helpful to me, very professional and honest young guy, very happy the way he treated me as a customer, taking the time to answered of all questions I did asked him since I was concerned about the services my car was needed! Thank you so much Mr. Rodolfo and the Toyota for a very nice services and pleasure environment area to wait doing the time of the service!

If I could give this department a 10 on a scale of 1-5 I would. Amy in the service department is an absolute superstar. She understood our situation which wasn’t great. She was empathetic and gained approval from leadership at the dealership to do the right thing and take care of us. I told Amy it’s times like this that you either earn a customer for life or lose a customer for life. You have earned my business for life and I buy and sell a lot of cars. I’ve also told several neighbors how well you took care of us so hopefully you will see them in the future as well. Thank you to everyone involved (especially Amy) and keep taking good care of your customer.It will come back to you without question.

I paid a lot of money. I didn't think it would take 4 hours. My brakes didn't work immediately after the appointment and I had to drive to an interview in Denver. On the way back, my brake lights came on and I pulled over to discover a brake fluid leak. I am lucky my brakes didn't fail on the way to Denver and Im lucky enough to know to pull over before heading back.
