I was contacted by text messages from number 813-285-5549, with JEAN FONTAINE, my last communication was Wednesday June 3 2020 at 09:31 am. after ask me vin number of my trade in, miles etc. I don t hear from nobody. I still texting, make some calls at 813-375-9250 with no luck. I understand my credit score is low but if you can't help me because, credit score low, low down payment, or I owe more of vehicle value, and Jim Browne dealer can t help my case, the most correct step is be honest and don't let people hang and waiting. my best to all. thanks for your time

AMAZING AND SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE!
I recently bought a car from Jim Browne and needed service shortly after. I was upset initially that service was already required, however, the team at Jim Browne (especially Jeremy!) were WONDERFUL!!!! They helped me immediately, the service was friendly, prompt, and attentive, and my issue was resolved at ZERO COST to me. I truly want to thank everyone for being so kind and for making this experience less stressful than I imagined it would be. The experience, was, in fact, pleasurable! Terrible service department, will damage your vehicle. My new camaro SS was damaged on its first oil change and they would not fix it and denied any Involvement with it. Service department left Curb rash on wheel and bent a control arm leaving the car with a vibration.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the excellent customer service we received from Brandon Aldamuy in purchasing our new Chevrolet Silverado. My hunt for a new use car was a long process and a crazy one at that driving around looking at cars I even was doing it online as well which brought me to Jim-Browne-Chevrolet of Tampa Florida where it was a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse so I thought so I drove there to look at it so I thought when I got there I was greeted by Mr Brian Reid who assist me well when he tried to look up that vehicle he couldn’t find it anywhere in his inventory why you ask because the vehicle was already sold but the sales person I was communicating with never mention that to me so I was back to square one so I thought Mr Brian Reid made it his priority to help me find a similar vehicle that was in his inventory that was not only in my prince range but also the same style of suv I wanted and even though I went there with one style in mind I wanted I ended up leaving there with something totally different I ended up falling in love with when he had showed it to me so my fist time experience at a dealership was absolutely nothing but amazing and I will definitely buy from Jim Brown of Tampa again because Mr Brain Reid was nothing but fantastic. Thanks to all that helped me on my new purchase Very timely and friendly service all around And Mr Brian Reid was amazing in every aspect of great customer service!
