I just purchased a gorgeous Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio from Konstantin. I, like most people, loathe car shopping. The entire process usually takes forever, and last but not least, I DESPISE being sold to. No one likes having things pushed on them or being rushed to make a decision. Konstantin and the staff did the exact opposite. They were knowledgeable, patient, professional, and incredibly friendly. KONSTANTIN EVEN CAME IN ON HIS DAY OFF FOR ME. Every brand has a motto/tagline to explain their purpose. Baker's is "The Deal Maker". I dealt with Nick after a little bouncing around within the sales team. Nick is a straight up guy, very easy to talk to and very understanding. Nick truly understood my needs and delivered Baker's motto with honesty and integrity. At the end of the day, you cant ask for anything more in any car buying experience.
