GREAT experience

I worked with mike who was the BEST salesman I have ever worked with! Very professional and never pushy. Mike went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for! HIGHLY recommended!!

Finally a good car buying experience.

For the first time I had a car, actually Jeep buying experience where I felt like I was treated with respect and was working with a fair team of people. The Jeep is clean and beautiful. The staff was kind and accommodating and I got a fair deal, quickly. Jim was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely be back again!

Awesome dealer!!

Baker Jeep is awesome! They practically bent over backwards to do everything possible to make my car buying experience just wonderful! It was quick, easy, and my new Jeep is amazing!!

Definitely worth the 1hr drive for service

Bought my 09 Grand Cherokee back in November 2017. Baker Jeep has been nothing but fantastic about their service! Service Deptpartment is fantastic! Definitely worth the 1hr drive!

We truly appreciate your loyalty and thank you for taking the time to tell the world. If you think about a service department and fixing or maintaining your car as it gets older - from a personal point of view - it's as rewarding as getting a new roof on your house. And if you think about social media, most people use it as a forum to bash a service department. Baker Jeep has an excellent Service Team and when they do a great job it's like getting that new roof, you're glad it's done but it's nothing you'd necessarily feel like crowing about. Good experience

2017 Doge Ram 1500

Calming experience!

I just bought a used Ford Taurus from Baker Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Princeton, and I must say that I was very impressed with the experience. My Sales rep, Mike Pezzella, made me feel at ease and I was very comfortable with how everything turned out. I was told that this was a family-owned dealership, and you get the sense of that right away. I barely pulled into the lot before I was greeted by someone from the staff. Everyone was polite, and all of my concerns were met and handled, which made the process even better. The other dealers I dealt with made it all so uncomfortable. My daughter was even impressed. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a used or new car.

BAD xxxxx OF BAKER

Yesterday I walked Into Baker’s dealership on a crapshoot and was greeted by Mike Pezzella. We sat down and got right to the point he helped me find a Jeep Wrangler that fit my specific wants. After playing the numbers game we were able to make a deal where everyone was happy. Mike was straight to the point and laid back (I didn’t feel pressured to buying anything). My over all experience her was great!

Dishonest dealership

Horrible experience, We agreed on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I gave the dealer a deposit to hold the Jeep for one day so I could bring my wife up the next day. The shady salesman said he would place a sold sign on the vehicle so I no one else could buy it. I am an active member of the Army and had to work late the following day. I could not make it in. I told the salesman this and he never replied. I gave a deposit so I figured it would be ok. I came up the following day to pick up the vehicle. However, the dishonest dealership said they sold it. The manager Nick said he would help me find another one exactly like the one they sold. He failed to do this and didn't seem interested in actually finding me another Jeep. I drove 45 minutes to get to the dealership and they didn't seem to care. It is so upsetting that a company would treat an active member of the Army this way. Their customer service is the worst and it is so unfortunate these crumy dealers still exist. I thought they were different but they are the same old dishonest dealerships that I have dealt with in the past. Be careful of this place. There are plenty of other dealers.

First, thank you for your service! Baker Jeep proudly employs and has employed many former Armed Forces Veterans and First Responders. We have literally thousands of loyal, satisfied customers who are active/retired military as well as members of law enforcement, fire fighters, EMTs, doctors, corrections officers, and one of our customers is the son of a hero from the 9/11 tragedy. If you scroll through social media you will see the name of the salesman you called, “shady,” lauded, praised, applauded, appreciated, and thanked for his courtesy and professionalism. You’ll see his name over and over again next to five-star-reviews. You are the first and only person to call him “rude” and otherwise disparage and malign his character. You came to our dealership to buy a Jeep on Wednesday the 30th. After a period of negotiation we arrived at an agreed payment, but you still had to check in with a third party before committing to the purchase. You left a deposit to hold the vehicle until the next day. It was explained to you more than once that all incentives and programs were in effect until close of business on Thursday the 31st. You agreed with the salesman that you would return on the 31st between 3:30 and 4:00. You did not show or contact us by 4:20 on the 31st and the dealership did attempt to contact you, leaving a message. On June 1st, another customer came in and wanted the same car you wanted. A deposit on a vehicle buys you the right of first refusal, and since you did not respond when contacted, or even the next day, we sold it to someone who wanted to buy and was actually ready to buy – they didn’t have to check in with anyone else. Afterword, Nick, the manager offered to find you the same vehicle and he did just that. You didn’t want it. Our other manager, Doug, spoke on the phone with you after the fact in an attempt to help you and his efforts were likewise rebuffed. We had a deal, we shook hands, we exchanged money, you were told that every deal struck would expire at close of business on the last day of the month, then you expected us to honor a deal that we could no longer give you on the first of the new month because all the incentives from the factory had changed. You call us “dishonest” and “crumy”(sp) – we did nothing wrong, we can’t change the calendar. You missed the deal because of whatever you had to do, no fault of ours. We even tried to fix things after and you would have none of it.

Mikey’s Jeeps!!

Was really dreading the car buying process but Mike Pezella was awesome-made it easy and painless. Would definitely recommend Mike P! Darren DeMatteo in the finance dept was great also
