Retired

Kevin in sales was easy to deal with and made the buying process simple. Sale included some minor service items to be addressed. Service advisor called left message. I returned call twice and left detailed message. they never called back. Finally I spoke to someone else and they took care of my after sale service appointment. In all I’m very satisfied.

Quality Leadership

I had been looking for a used Lexus GX (certified) for the past three months, when I thought about switching cars to a used Lexus LX. I saw I could get one for about the same price as a GX, albeit with higher miles and a year or two older. (Two weeks prior, I was ready to sign paperwork for a GX (Luxury Trim) at Lexus of Cerritos in Southern California. They were terrible — did not want to take my loan and I walked out.) When I narrowed down my search of LX’s, I saw one with higher mileage (118k miles) at Lexus of Spokane. I was weary of getting a vehicle with those high miles as the GX’s I was looking to purchase had less than half. I then looked into the maintenance of the vehicle and finally made my decision to purchase that one over two other LX’s in Florida and Texas. There were some hiccups getting there, and when I did arrive some inaccuracies with information given. However, the sales advisor, DJ, went through the paperwork to see where the errors were, and even had their service department put the car on the rack. He did find some information he misquoted and spoke to the GSM (Brent). Initially, they were unsure of what to do, but took the issue up to the GM, Bob Mclean. Bob was the ultimate professional— he made it right. He turned a negative into a positive. The inaccurate information re the wear/equipment on the vehicle, he approved to be fixed/replaced and even put gas in my rental car. He went above and beyond, and wish every company/institution had a Bob Mclean at the helm. I would buy another car from them, without hesitation. Now, hopefully my LX will take me another 150k miles!

Great service

Even though they were booked full, they were able to get me in for a service while I was in town. I live near Portland, OR but purchased my car in Spokane and get my service done there. Thanks for the great service!

Quick recall repair

Had to take my Lexus in for a recall repair. The service was super quick and easy from my standpoint. Larry H Miller Lexus was able to provide me with a loaner for the day, which made my life much easier. Jim in the service department also took care of another small issue I had and I was good to go. For the little hassle involved in getting a car repaired, this dealership always seems to make it as easy as possible!
