Purchased a 2015 RX350 Lexus
My wife and purchased a 2002 Lexus ES300 in Beaverton, Oregon and have really liked it. We were looking fro a new replacement vehicle and had since moved to Montana. We first stopped at the Lexus dealer in Spokane last fall and again in April. No sales pressure at all and it was completely up to us to make a purchase decision. They provided all the information we needed to compare this vehicle to a Toyota Highlander that we were also considering. The decision was made primarily on the luxury that the Lexus provided over the Toyota.

Great Experience
The first time we stepped into the dealership, we felt comfortable and wanted to return to purchase a vehicle. We did so the following day and had the same feeling. At all times we felt unpressured. Chris Biggs, our sales advocate, was profession, yet friendly. We have only just begun our relationship with Larry Miller, but we hope that each subsequent experience is just as pleasant as our first two.

Over and above service
We live 150 miles from the Lexus dealership. We received a recall notice on my Lexus HS250H. We have a son living in Spokane where the Lexus dealer is and we were planning to visit him over a weekend. I called Lexus and asked to have the recall work done on that Saturday. When my husband took the car in for the appointment, he was told that there was actually two recalls on my car and the man who did the work on the one recall was not in that day and wouldn't be able to do the work until Monday. We had to return home Sunday. No problem. They gave us a 2014 Lexus with 900 miles on it to use for the weekend and to drive home. On Monday they returned my car to me to my home, 150 miles away, and retrieved the loaner car. All of this was at no cost to us. I have never heard of a car dealer doing this and was totally impressed. Our son drove the loaner and was so impressed with it, he is thinking of looking into purchasing one. Every time we have dealt with this dealership, we have been totally surprised by the outstanding service they give.

Service Department
I always look forward to taking my Lexus 350 in to the Spokane dealership for maintainance. Seeing Tim and Asa is like a visit with family.
