Suprisingly Pleasant Experience

Our experience purchasing our new (used) vehicle was a very good one. Specific thanks to our salesperson, D.J, who was helpful, honest and listened well to what we were asking for. He showed us the vehicles we wanted to see---not just what he or the dealership wanted to sell. We also appreciated his willingness to help us explore options for a second vehicle for our son. Overall, a wonderful experience. D.J. is a great asset to your dealership.

Great customer service. Washed and cleaned my car. Happy with the service and maintenance that received. Also the gentleman you shuttled me to and from work was extremely friendly.

Lexus service review

I was very pleased with Tim, the gentleman who handled my service. He saw to it that all was checked out so a potential problem would not become a reality. We have never been to a service where we receive such consistent care and service. The car wash at the end is the "Icing on the cake".

Earned my Loyalty

A recent service visit and a purchase were both quality experiences. The service experience is always predictably one that focuses on an expedited process, consideration for customer schedule, and a clean, smooth operating car. An honest communication of any upcoming car service needs is provided with no "selling" -- just the facts. John Guiberson is a knowledgeable and forthright sales representative who has consistently exceeded expectations in the purchase of more than one vehicle over the years. Top Notch Service at Larry Miller Lexus of Spokane

I/we have been doing business with the Lexus dealer in Spokane for many years. We come back, again and again, when we want to upgrade our vehicles. This dealership, without fail, has ALWAYS provided outstanding service! Our sales person is John Guiberson. He is a straight talker and from my view can be trusted, without questions. He has ALWAYS treated us fairly. As to service, Tim McMicheal, senior service consultant, is second to none. I have never had anything less than outstanding service at the Spokane Lexus dealer.

LEXUS 460 sedan

Shawn D and John G. are wonderful to work with . They are both professional, friendly and are beginning to feel like family since this is the third car I have purchased from them.They make it easy to deal with without being patronizing. I think they go "above and beyond" when it comes to making it comfortable to me in explaining things ,for which I am very grateful.
