I can in to have the alignment corrected from my visit of Friday 18 July. The steering wheel was NOT aligned with tires. I had to have them straighten the steering wheel to match. Samantha got me out quick.

I’ve had my jeep serviced multiple times at the Southfork Auto Dealership Maintenance Department, and every visit has been a consistently excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was courteous, professional, and clearly committed to providing top-tier customer service. The service advisors are knowledgeable and transparent. They took the time to explain the recommended services, answered all of my questions without pressure, and kept me informed throughout the process. I appreciated their honesty and the clear communication, which gave me full confidence in the work being done. The technicians clearly know their stuff. My car was serviced quickly, efficiently, and—most importantly—correctly. I’ve never had to return for follow-ups or rework, which speaks volumes about the quality of their work and attention to detail. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and even stocked with refreshments, making the brief wait pleasant. They kept their timeline promises, which made scheduling around my day much easier. Overall, Southfork’s maintenance team is top-notch—professional, reliable, and trustworthy. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I would put 0 star if they offer!

I would put 0 star if they offer! Trade my car in 3 weeks ago. Brett was great when he sold you a vehicle and the service afterward was TERRIBLE HORRIBLE, He GHOSTED me for about 2 weeks now with promises that never kept his word 👎🏻 👎🏻 👎🏻 I’ve purchased owned more than 30 vehicles in my lifetime (name a few Porsche 911, 911, cayman s, 2 Cayenne, bmw M3 M4, c8 c2 Vette, Audi R8, benz G63, Gls550, Sprinter, rx7, Supra, NSX, s2000, Range Rover, defender and a lot more !!!!! this is the first time a dealership that’s so terrible for me to even write a xxxx review!!! The vehicle they sold me have issues and they promised to fix it and I have to chase them every couple days with NO CALL BACK WHATSOEVER!!!!! Oil was low when I pick up the car, battery truck fill with rusted water, fogged up everytime it rain, crack windshield promise to replace! Non of these things have been resolved. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER BY A DEALERSHIP. I owned a business myself !

Fast and convenient scheduling.

Fast and convenient scheduling. Completed service in time stated. Completed comprehensive vehicle evaluation. Scheduled repair within 7 days, received estimate signed work to be completed. Vehicle ready next day, sent a Lyft to pick me up to get vehicle, great all around service. My Dodge Ram 3500 super Duty Laramie was found its service home. Love the Dealership!
