This review pertains specifically to my experience with the service department and service advisor Ron Gayden Jr. Regarding an alignment issue with my 2025 ram with 80 miles when the problem was detected after driving it home at speeds above 60mph. 1. I had to call multiple times to check on the status of my truck, as updates were not proactively provided. 2. I was made to wait for 5 hours, only to be told that no technician was available to work on my truck’s alignment. 3. During service, they lost my key, causing an additional 1-hour delay while they made a duplicate. 4. They scheduled my truck to be looked at on a Saturday, but as I was driving home, Ron called me back and instructed me to return the truck to the dealership and leave it overnight, disrupting the original plan. 5. The next day, I called several times throughout the day to check on my truck’s status. Eventually, I was informed that my truck had a bad shock (despite it being a brand-new 2025 Ram with only 800 miles). 6. Five minutes later, Ron called back to say he had confused me with another customer who had the same name and a 2025 Ram with the same issue. He then claimed my truck was ready for pickup and had been aligned to "spec." 7. Despite these repairs, the truck still has the same issue to this day. This is my only vehicle, and I depend on it for work. I work in the refineries, and during turnaround season, taking time off is extremely difficult. So far, I’ve had to take three days off to address this problem, resulting in a significant financial loss. 8. These trucks are equipped with numerous sensors that rely on perfect alignment; otherwise, the vehicle can become unsafe to the point where the wheel may turn on its own. I am **completely dissatisfied** with the Southfork service department and the level of service I received. To make matters worse, I purchased a warranty through the dealer, which means I’ll have to continue dealing with them for many years to come. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. While my experience with Southfork’s service department was highly disappointing, I want to acknowledge that the sales department went above and beyond. My salesman, Antonio, ensured I got exactly what I wanted and provided a wealth of information throughout the purchasing process. His professionalism and dedication made the buying experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s unfortunate that the same level of care and efficiency wasn’t reflected in the service department.

This is by far the best and most efficient car dealership

This is by far the best and most efficient car dealership I have ever experienced. Unlike many other dealerships I have been to, this one communicates with you every step your car goes through, and they really pay attention to you & the issues you are experiencing with your vehicle. KJ my service advisor has been the biggest impact on my experience. Highly recommend him and this dealership for all your car service needs!
