Very Patient
I started playing with the idea of getting a new car/suv about 2 years ago and inquired about a couple of different vehicles through several different dealerships. I also was looking at 3 or 4 different Makes and Models. Through the entire process, the representative at Reynolds was always professional and answered my questions quickly. Most of my initial contact was through email up until I scheduled a test drive. Scott was able to find what I was looking for within my price range before we ever met! Once at the dealership, I felt completely at ease. Everyone I dealt with seemed to enjoy what they do and genuinely happy to help.

The customer comes first with Reynolds!
These guys get it - the art of doing business, service as a priority and straight forward dealings with the customer. I can't say how much I was impressed with my experience with Reynolds, from Jason in sales to Ed in finance, I even had a chance to talk with the GM - Mike. Everyone of them treated me fair and went above and beyond in our dealings. No tricks or gimmicks. I reside in Dallas, TX, with dealerships galore, but anytime I am in the market, I will reach out the folks at Reynolds Ford for my new and used car needs. Great job!
We were very satisfied with the salesperson and his quick responses to our requests. Our brief contacts with other persons in the dealership were pleasant. Our only area where our expectations were not met initially was with the detailing department, but our salesperson assured us that he would personally see that the issue would be corrected to our satisfaction.

Above and way beyond expectations
Reynolds took great care of us. The Jeep was our second purchase from the dealership due our purchases being priced fairly, the quality of their vehicles and the efficiency of their buying process. Everyone was very hospitable and helpful! Happy to help attitude! We were greeted quickly. We had requested Steve Adams from previous car purchases. He was tied up with other customers at the time. John Williamson filled in with exceptional service. Steve came over to assist when he was free. Overall great service!

Very Pleasant first car buying experience!
Even though I live in Kansas, the salesman Kristian was extremely helpful and so was Ed. I already knew what I wanted and when I got there, they already had my car ready to go I just had to sign a couple papers. My only complaint is that it has been very difficult to get back in touch with anyone other than the receptionist regarding questions on the purchase. Overall, awesome place to get a car!

Service Visit
I purchased my 2013 Lincoln from Reynolds Lincoln in Edmond, OK. I have taken it to Edmond for service which is about a 40 minute drive from my home in Washington. I needed my oil changed and called Reynolds Ford in Norman to see if they could help. Rick was very helpful and in fact found several other things that needed to be done on my car while under warranty. I really appreciated his help and service. I will always call the Norman dealership first, to see if they can help with my car before I make the drive to Edmond. Edmond does a good job but Norman is closer to home. Thank you Rick and the crew at Norman.

Painless Vehicle Purchase
We came to Reynolds looking to purchase a new or slightly used F-150. Jordan Prestwood happened to be working the lot when we went in for a test drive, and was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He asked about the specific trim levels we were looking for and showed us what they had that matched what we were looking for, and introduced us to Eric McClintock and we discussed other options and general features of the truck. We mentioned that we wanted to shop around and that we weren't even sold on getting a Ford, both Eric and Jordan were very supporting and understanding, and did not put any pressure on us during our first visit. We came back a few days later with the intent to buy, and Jordan made the whole process very streamlined and hassle free. We were so appreciative of the lack of gimmicks and shady sales tactics, he gave us what we felt like was a good price for the vehicle up front, had someone look at our trade in (with what we felt like was an excellent offer), and sent us over to Franco in Financing. Franco was incredibly nice, and finished up the buying experience with engaging discussion, and helping us feel at ease that we made a great decision at taking our business to Reynolds. At the end of the day, it was the relaxed environment, and honest business dealings that made this such a good experience for us.
