Great Service, friendly people, and a hassle-free process
I pulled into the lot and I was able to look at a few different vehicles (about 2-3 minutes,) prior to being greeted by a salesperson. Once I spoke with the salesperson, he listened to my needs and helped me look at different vehicles within my price range. I wanted to wait a day to think over all my options before making a decision. The dealership offered a great deal but I still declined to think over all of my options. I returned to the dealership the next day and the manager stood behind the deal he had made the previous night. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends. I had visited six different car lots on the same day, and this was the best experience of the day. The salesmen are not aggressive, the staff listens, and they are all extremely friendly and helpful.

Great Experience with Reynolds Ford of Norman
I worked with Manny Lopez and Jason Benson on a deal for a 2013 Ford F150 and had a great experience. (Had a mix up at first, but they got it straightened out and everything went smooth. Mix ups happen - just nice to work with people that realize it and are willing to work with you.) Very personable and easy to work with. Absolutely no pressure. Thanks guys!! I'm enjoying my pickup.

Mostly a very good experience.
Our experience purchasing the vehicle was very pleasant, I was impressed the usual sales pitches where not used and no pressure tactics were used just very friendly discussion. Manny Lopez made me feel comfortable and confident in Reynolds Ford. The only problem and reason I can only give four stars is because I purchased accessories, paint guard, under carriage, and leather protection, for 899.00. I understood there are warranties but I have not received any documents indicating I purchased the accessories and what is covered or how to claim the benefits of the products. The paint guard was described to last the lifetime of the vehicle but when I pickup the vehicle I am given a box with product I have to apply every year. No description of the future applications or products I have to purchase to maintain I feel the accessories I purchase have no value and are a scam. If I ever purchase a vehicle from Reynolds Ford I will not talk to anyone trying to sell accessories or extras. It Is not the kind of thing that builds loyal customers relationships. It is too bad because Manny's professional salesmanship is top notch. The same thing applies to the dent and ding protection I purchased at the time of signing the contract I have nothing indicating I purchased the protection or what is covered exclusions.

Buying a new car
I was looking for a replacement vehicle and decided to visit the Reynolds Ford of Norman dealership to get a hands-on look at the Ford Edge. My wife and I were helped by Ricky Boyanton. He was very helpful in answering any questions that we had about the vehicle and went with us on a test drive. He was also assisted us in finding the vehicle with the specific options that we wanted. It was a great no-pressure buying experience and I would recommend Ricky to any of my friends as the go-to guy when they need a car! Ed Rider assisted us with the financing process like a true professional and found us a great rate.

Repeat Customer
I recently returned after making my first purchase with Reynolds, Norman, back in 2009. On return, I asked for Steve Adams because he had sold me a new Mercury Milan back then. He represented the dealership and FORD in a most professional and personable manner -- and I remembered that. Steve's advertising in the NORMAN TRANSCRIPT on Sundays told me he has remained with Reynolds for a number of years, too. Again, I experienced a very pleasant sales experience; it's just what I wanted. This time, it was for the purchase of a 2016 Mustang. Overall, during my over six years of Milan ownership, my impressions with Reynolds service has been positive and highly satisfactory. Easy to deal with, efficient and professional service advisers each visit. Their service AFTER the sale added to my confidence and trust with each visit. Best customer service!
What a great car buying experience! From the first visit to the dealership my husband and I were treated with honesty and respect. Our salesperson, Jordan Prestwood was very knowledgable of the F-150 that we purchased and knew about all of the specific options that were available. Jordan always returned my husband's texts and phone calls...important in our books! Ed Rider helped us with our finance options and helped us find the best interest rate available. Dan Smith helped us decide on our "extra" options that would work best for our new King Ranch. He and Jordan followed through until the bed cover and bed extender were installed and even made sure we had a loaner car while the installation was done. "Clutch" with the Clutch
Brian has been more than helpful, accommodating, and informative with our last few visits dealing with the ongoing FORD clutch issue. The issue is/has been enough to drive us mad...but Brian has been there to get it in, worked on, and shared very detailed information regarding what was happening and what was being done to correct it.
