Painless Vehicle Purchase
We came to Reynolds looking to purchase a new or slightly used F-150. Jordan Prestwood happened to be working the lot when we went in for a test drive, and was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He asked about the specific trim levels we were looking for and showed us what they had that matched what we were looking for, and introduced us to Eric McClintock and we discussed other options and general features of the truck. We mentioned that we wanted to shop around and that we weren't even sold on getting a Ford, both Eric and Jordan were very supporting and understanding, and did not put any pressure on us during our first visit. We came back a few days later with the intent to buy, and Jordan made the whole process very streamlined and hassle free. We were so appreciative of the lack of gimmicks and shady sales tactics, he gave us what we felt like was a good price for the vehicle up front, had someone look at our trade in (with what we felt like was an excellent offer), and sent us over to Franco in Financing. Franco was incredibly nice, and finished up the buying experience with engaging discussion, and helping us feel at ease that we made a great decision at taking our business to Reynolds. At the end of the day, it was the relaxed environment, and honest business dealings that made this such a good experience for us.

Good easy Truck buying experience.
Looked all over OKC for the exact truck I wanted and found several. Was trading my Toyota Tundra off for the Ford F150. 2 other ford dealers told be basically that my Tundra was junk. Joe Cooper in midwest city OK salesman told me Toyota tried but just could didnt succeed at making a truck just minutes of me pulling on the lot. Got back in my truck and left even though they had several of the trucks I wanted. Bob Moore in South OKC salesman waited until we got into negations until he told me how bad they thought Toyotas are. Little more classy with his words but still not professional. Here is the deal, I loved my Tundra and just wanted a change since it was just out of warranty. You dont tell a potential customer the car they are driving is junk. Great way to xxxx them off. I tried to explain to both dealers that telling them their truck is junk is not the right way to sell cars. Both just tried to talk their way out of it. Sorry, to late. I know 2 bad salesmen dont represent the whole dealer but they are your first spokesperson. Reynolds Ford sales manager Eric and salesman Jordan Prestwood both mentioned how nice my Tundra was and were not trying to down play it to how great the F150 is over it. Nice classy move. Both professional guys with no pressure sales to "buy it today". No one likes that game. Moral of the story? No matter if your right or wrong, do not tell people their truck sucks and that you should buy theirs instead. I personally loved my Tundra. Great truck. Dont pull the buy today high pressure crap. Treat them right and be honest. That is why Reynolds and Eric and Jordan won my business.

Brake repair
Took my 2015 mustang to have the front brake pad and discs replaced for squealing. Bryan and the entire staff were very helpful in order erring the parts and quickly fixing my car. They We're very committed to making sure I was completely satisfied and so far my car is all good.

Tejay at Reynolds Ford was ah-ma-za-zing
We really enjoyed working with Tejay and the finance department was topnotch. We actually went in with no intention of buying a car that day, but the service and the deal was amazing!! We would recommend them tk anyone.

A Great Car Buying Experience
I submitted an online request for a Fusion Titanium. Kristian Ford called and worked to find us a car that fit our needs. He found one at another Reynolds dealership. He worked to get the car through service and transferred to the Norman store. Franco DelCastillo did a great job of finding the best financing possible and taking care of all the paperwork. This is the 4th car we have purchased from Reynolds Ford in Norman. All of the previous experiences were great, but this one was the best. They come highly recommended in my book.

I was in the market for a truck and researched on-line for the best inventory and pricing. It lead me to Reynolds in Norman. My experience there with Jeff Tullius could not have been better. Jeff was extremely knowledgable and courteous throughout the entire process. There was no pressure or sales tactics only support and information. I had an idea of what I wanted to pay and the number was met without any haggling. We then met Ed Rider in financing and he again was very informative and personable. Ed saved us money again by laying out a great financing plan. My wife and I would definitely recommend Reynolds to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Thanks for Your Help Stephen & Jordan
Due to the great service, I bought a new car and was in & out in 2 hours - buying a new vehicle is usually an entire day's event at most dealer's. Stephen Clark had the paperwork ready when we arrived and Jordan Prestwood jumped in to help out since Stephen had previous customers waiting ahead of us. The dealership was extremely busy when we arrived but Stephen Clark saw to it that we were taken care of right away. Jordan Prestwood concluded the purchase. Both Stephen & Jordan were very professional and made our shopping experience enjoyable. Worth driving a distance to do business at
