Excellent experience with a great and knowledgeable salesman

I wanted to go to a place where I could look at trucks on my own without being bombarded by constant questions and sales marketing. This was the place to go. I was able to look around at my own pace and when I was ready with questions about the trucks and pricing, Jeremy was there to help. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He wasn't pushy like other dealerships are. Jeremy was very friendly and my wife and I enjoyed talking to him, even about random stuff other than trucks. At the end of it all, he helped get the right deal for us and we couldn't be happier with our 2018 F-150 Lariat. In the Finance department, Sean Porterfield was very helpful and informative. Just by talking to him, you could tell he was very experienced with what he does. He was very friendly and, just like Jeremy, easy to talk to about trucks and random stuff. Even though we were there well pass 9pm, they both never complained about working late or showed any signs of just wanting to get out of there. Thanks!!

Arrogant used car salesman. Will not go back to this dealer

We went there looking for a used pickup for our son. Looking for something around the $10,000 range. Was told that Reynolds Ford would NOT put their name on something like that. Salesman was very arrogant and was no help to us. In the past we bought a F250 King Ranch from the new lot. Took my parents there to buy a new car. Took my nephew there to buy a new truck. Also, took my niece there to buy a new SUV. Referred several friends to that dealership as well. I guess through the years service has gone downhill at that dealership. Will not go back there for a new vehicle or a used vehicle in the future. I will also not refer any other relatives or friends to that dealership. Very bad experience.

I’m sorry to hear of the experience you encountered during your shopping process. I’ve looked in the events you described and spoken with our sales team and am sorry that we didn’t have any pre-owned trucks with the description and price range you were seeking on hand. Generally most trucks we see around that price range do not meet the quality standards we seek to merchandise to our customers. These folks at Reynolds Ford (John Van Eaton & Linda Hughes) specifically, not only gave me a fair deal on a new vehicle, they restored any doubt I might have had regarding buying a vehicle! I a great price, great financing, & help that transcended beyond the immediate sale) As a person not versed in cars, I was at the mercy of their expertise! Thanks to all at Reynolds! I am extremely serious in saying that I was treated like folks with connections in a small town usually recieve! Even after the sale which happened year ago. Reynolds is and always will be my go to Car Dealership?

Fantastic

Everything went smooth. Service was excellent. Steve Adams was my salesman and worked very efficiently. Franco worked up my loan and I was very pleased. I will continue to do business with Reynolds Ford.

FINE Fiesta-buying experience!

I bought my wife a 2017 Fiesta at Reynolds Ford last Saturday. The price was right. Tyler Evans, our salesman, had it ready upon our arrival. Franco went through our financing quickly and smoothly. We had NO problems or hassles in our buying experience.WE were VERY happy ! I would recommend Reynolds Ford to anyone in buying a new car.

Once you meet Jeff, you will not go any where else

I have meet in my live time, many sales people, but none that I would consider more honest, fourth right, and informational than Jeff. If you want to be respected by a CAR person, Jeff is your man.

Great place to buy a car!

Tyler Evans was fantastic from start to finish. We had a great car buying experience. Some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met work at Reynolds Ford in Norman. We will be back for sure!
