Excellent Service

This is my second KIA that I have purchased from them and the service has been impeccable! I had a great experience buying my Kia Soll 3 years ago and decided I needed to get a Hybrid to be more cost effective. Jamal helped me both times, he is the best! He is very knowledgeable and patient.

First time car purchase

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and Igor made me feel comfortable from the first moment I stepped in the dealership. He took my desires into account and didn't try to upsell me. He showed me many vehicles and was helpful when he sensed my fear of purchasing a vehicle. He educated me through the process and made me feel knowledgeable about each vehicle he showed me. He was honest and fair through the whole process and made sure not to pressure me into anything with which I wasn't comfortable.

Igor and Jamal - a great team!

An excellent experience at Laurel Kia of Maryland buying our (almost new) Jeep Renegade! Igor Lewis was very helpful in test driving and explaining the ins and outs of the vehicle, and Jamar Allen was knowledgeable in the financing arena as well as being just generally personable and friendly. Great experience!

Straightforward

In looking to buy a 2017 Kia Sorrento, I interacted with several dealerships. I purchased from Laurel Kia based on the straightforward approach they took to the interaction. When I asked how much a car was, they took the time to determine which rebates I would actually be eligible for - and gave me an exact dollar amount for what I would need to pay to take the car home (dealer fees, taxes, title, etc.). No run-around. Once I arrived at the dealership, the price was exactly what they said it would be and the purchase experience was very smooth. Particular kudos to Pierce York for his forthrightness during the process and to Jamal Allen for all the follow-up paperwork.

Waste of time

Jamal was a terrible car salesman. Pretty much did not want to do his job. The car being sold to me was rusted in certain areas. Jamal lied about cars not able to be financed over 122,000 which is a flate lie. I work in finance and own real estate I can detected easily he was not honest and upfront. I drove a good distance in my bmw to be lied to .

Friendly dealership

I had been looking for a used car for weeks and finally found one at a great price at Laurel Kia. Even though I felt pretty confident about my car, I like that I didn't feel pushed to finalize the deal, I was made to feel like I should get a car I love. After I decided to purchase, Igor knew I was in a rush and made the process quick and answered all my questions in the process. Igor went above my expectations when it came to friendliness, honesty, and overall great customer service. The finances department was also fantastic. She helped us get the lowest rate and was friendly and quick in the process.

Terrible Terrible at Service

BAD BAD BAD, They damaged my new car in the Service & they are acting like they are doing some kind of favor fixing my car. NO APOLOGY & NO FOLLOW UP. You have to chase them to find out what's going on.  It's been almost a month & my car is still not fixed. AGAIN NO APOLOGY & NO FOLLOW UP. That's how you get treated. I get treated this way maybe it is KIA. And maybe this dealership doesn't even care any reviews of the customers.  BADDDD !!!

Jamal Allen Is The BEST!

I have only ever had 2 positive car buying experiences in my life and both occurred at Laurel Kia with Jamal. I was very happy with my brand new Sorento LX purchase in 2015 and am ECSTATIC about my 2017 Sorento SX purchase made yesterday. 2 years ago, my credit was poor and I was given a 16% interest rate. Yesterday, after almost 2 years of on-time payments and Jamal's advice and encouragement; I was approved with a 0.9% interest rate and no payments until NOVEMBER! To Jamal, Alex and Lisa---THANK YOU so much for your excellent customer service, education and smooth experiences. I'll see you all in 2 years for my redesigned 2019 Sorento SX purchase!
