Exceptional Customer Service

Michael Davis has gone out of his way to make my car buying experience bearable. He walked me through the test drive to the car buying steps, helping me find the right vehicle for my lifestyle. Always courteous and respectful to me and from his colleagues.

Exceptional Car Buying Experience @ Laurel Kia!

I helped my sister purchase a new car last month. The deal itself was a bit complicated due to a trade with another dealer, outside financing etc. Despite that, the salesperson Eugene, and his Manager Alex, were patient with us and willing to be creative to make it happen! They worked with our own bank, a credit union, to help make it happen... and ultimately my sister purchased her first brand new vehicle, without any stressful sales tactics keeping her from working through the process with ease. Thank you to Eugene and Alex for going above and beyond to make this an A+ customer service experience for my sister!

Quick and painless!

I had such a wonderful experience at Laurel Kia! Scheduled an appointment with no hassle! When I arrived their office was very friendly and welcoming! I had the pleasure of working with Even Reeves. Even though he was new with this company, he was extremely professional and helpful. I was able to buy a new car in less than three hours. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone searching to purchase a new or used vehicle!

Pam is the best

We came in twice looking at new and used cars. Pam and the team were great and easy to work with. They were also very family friendly and great with feeling my son entertained. Would highly recommend.

A great value and great car buying experience

First things first: the Kia Optima is a GREAT value for the money. Second, the folks at Laurel Kia, Steve York and Even Reese were a pleasure to deal with. No high pressure sales tactics, no phony "well, I don't do this for everyone, but..." gimmicks. Just a straightforward conversation that made me want to do business with them. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Courteous and Patient Salesman

I am very happy with the purchase of a KIA Nero from Laurel KIA. Even Reeves went above and beyond to help me even though the dealership was about to close for the evening. He then met me on a Sunday morning to go over the complex PHEV features. I especially liked that he was very patient while explaining and showing me the many features. I didn't feel rushed or that I was putting him out with my many questions. I also liked the way that when he didn't know some answers, like how long does it take the car to charge using residential electricity, he looked up the answers online on the spot. Very professional. Great Experience

I saw a car on Cars.com and sent an inquiry asking if the 2019 Infiniti SUV was still available. I received a quick reply telling me the vehicle was still available. I came in the following morning for a test drive and absolutely loved the car so much that I bought it on the spot. The process was so seamless that I was very satisfied with the results of the transaction. Michael was awesome! Thank you for my new car!!!!!
