Superior Effort

Very happy with purchase of my second Sorento EX from Laurel KIA. Sales team of Pierce and Steve York, and Alex Nowak went above and beyond to find the color and trim I was interested in. Car was transferred to Laurel KIA within 48 hours. Great experience; no hassles and pricing gimmicks. Received great trade in value for my 2011 Sorento. Also impressed with how quickly the paperwork drill went - in and out the door in one hour!! Highly satisfied with the price and great customer service to close the deal with the car I wanted!!

Excellent sales service

Pamela Jackson, Sales Consultant, provided fast, courteous service in the purchase of a 2020 KIA Soul. She found the car that we wanted quickly, notified us promptly, and processed the sale quickly. She was very pleasant and courteous.

Professional and honest

I met Eugene (salesman) months ago when I stopped to look at a vehicle (the one I bought). When I returned he happened to be the one I worked with. He was very personable, he was not pushy, as car salesmen are often. I received the price I wanted to pay thanks to Eugene and the manager. The sale was made probably in less than an hour.

Quick and easy

First Time Car-Buyer Conquers

So its my first time buying a car, and I did my due diligence in researching how to best prepare for this moment. I was already pre-qualified with an auto-loan, so this was great. I spoke with several people who've had car buying experiences before and asked tons of questions. I had a pretty good idea of what this experience would be like. A lot of negotiating. Lots, something I had never done before so I got a bit nervous. But I brought along my uncle which helped to subside that feeling. Mike was an awesome car salesman and it was a pleasure working with him. Mike asked me what I wanted and succeeded in finding me a car I was happy with. The price point was a bit over, but nonetheless I am proud to say I have made my first big purchase in life and I'm happy.

I worked with Pam Jackson. I recently totaled my car and was in need of a new one. Pam made finding a new car stress free! Everything went so smoothly!
