The prices of their vehicles are good!

The prices of their vehicles are good! Buying a car from here didn’t take all day like most other places. Only thing I wasn’t too happy about is that I didn’t get my paperwork until a few days later, and they kept calling me to “verify my immigration status” requesting sensitive information like my green card or stuff like that as if my valid driver’s license wasn’t enough. Kind of strange. Other than that my sales lady Dianne was really sweet and super helpful. I’d buy from here again but hopefully they get it together in the main sales office.

After agreeing to an "out the door price" (which includes

After agreeing to an "out the door price" (which includes tax, tags, license) the sales manager snuck on those costs anyway. I was stunned but too far along into the deal (after going to a bank to get a cashier's check) and not finding out until being given the contract. I feel like I was misled and taken advantage of. Then it was horrible trying to get them to simply give me my second key, that I paid for in the cost of the vehicle. I'm a senior citizen and thought this would be my last car, I'd get all the bells and whistles but it wasn't a good experience. Still haven't received a return call after almost a month. I hope this doesn't reflect on the service I will get in trying to keep my car maintained. I had to give 1 star but I really wanted to give no stars.
