Everyone was extremely friendly. Caleb, Diane, Brady, and Zack were great. Our last seven cars were Nissans so I was a bit apprehensive, but.I was very happy with the buying experience at Paretti Mazda.

Thank you for the vehicle buying experience. The deal felt fair, and there was no purchasing pressure. This is the second time I've bought a Mazda CX-5 while working with Sales Manager Brady Hulsey. The Sales Consultant Nick Baudean was involved with selecting the vehicle, preparing some paperwork, and prepping the vehicle for drive out. Whenever Mazda produces a great hybrid or long-range electric vehicle, I will consider Mazda. Mazda corporate (not the dealership) could improve the vehicle selection experience because distinguishing added features as prices increased was difficult. For example, if 2 vehicles with the same model/trim have a $1000 price difference, it was challenging to determine the added benefit. (Paretti Mazda of Covington may omit this second paragraph.)
