This is my second experience with Carriage Kia. I returned to Carriage Kia because my first experience went so well. The sales staff are very knowledgeable about the Kia products. The whole staff at Carriage Kia was helpful and courteous. I will recommend them to family and friends. If I decide to purchace another vehicle, I will go back to Carriage Kia.

The product is a good value and has improved its position in the market in recent years, competing with more expensive automobiles of simular design and style. The overall experience was as good as any major purchase could be.

We knew we wanted an Optima EX from the first time we drove one. Leonard and Orlando gave us a great price on the new car and a very satisfactory trade-in price for our old car. They were great to work with and their customer service skills were exceptional. We are so please with our experience and will recommend Carriage Kia to family and friends. We bought an Altima from Carriage in 2001 and have always been pleased with the service. Looking forward to that same experience with Carriage Kia. Keep up the great work!
