We have had our Sorento for about a year and a half now,...

We have had our Sorento for about a year and a half now, and we have found that, even though there is a Kia dealer much closer to our house, we keep going back to Carriage Kia in Gainesville because of their excellent service.....They always take me on time, finish when they say they will, and do excellent work. They always remember me and everyone there is so nice! Their efficiency is greatly appreciated, and they truly seem to take pride in their work. We will keep going back!!

This is my second purchase from Carriage Kia. I bought a Kia Soul+ November 2011. There was some confusion regarding the Accessory Package for $250 listed on the price sticker and whether floor mats were included with the car. The confusion was resolved and I did receive floor mats which is what I wanted. I purchased an Optima and am happy with the car.

Everyone in the service department is nice and friendly. I showed up with what I thought was a sunroof problem. However, as these thing happen so many times, once I got to the dealership my sun roof was working perfectly. Instead of treating me like an idiot, they explained that the computer system controlling the sunroof probably needed time to reset after having turned the car off before allowing the sunroof to completely close. As I was due to an oil change and tire rotation, they offered to go ahead and do that service while I was there and took no more than 15 to 20 min to finish. Overall a very good experience.
