This dealership is awesome! They have the largest selection of Kia's around. I was able to pick out the SUV I wanted and they shopped around to get me the best interest rate. I went in at 3:00pm and drove my new Kia off the lot at 5:00pm! Best car buying experience of my life!

I was very pleased with the expertise of Kevin. Everyone at this facility is very helpful and courteous. This dealership is 1 1/2 hour drive from my house and worth the extra travel time. They listened to my needs and assisted me in finding the best fit and deal for my budget as well. Edward was very knowledgeable of all the facets of the Optima Ex I purchased and even showed me how to stream thru Bluetooth from my iphone, which is greatly appreciated as I spend many hours and miles in my vehicle each year. I had no questions unanswered from the start to the end. I will be purchasing another Kia from Carriage and it may be soon.

Everyone we came in contact with at Carraige Kia was knowageabe, professional. And just plain pleasant to work with. We even saved $500 dollars in financing at your suggestion. If we needed two Kias, I would looking for another positive experience at Carriage.

My husband and I have been comparing crossovers for months and had determined that the Sorento was hands town the best buy. Due to life with an infant we were unable to find time to test drive something together so pushed off the process. On an off chance we got 3 hours to go out baby free and decided to stop and test drive. Leonard met us at the door and was happy to accommodate our desire knowing we would not purchase that day. Once we got into the car we knew that it was the car for us. The model was a step up from what we had initially considered but Leonard worked some magic to get us a finance rate and price we could not turn down. Needless to say we love our new car and walked out with over an hour to spare for a romantic dinner. This was the most positive buying experiance we have ever had. Eddy even took the time to sync our phones to the bluetooth so we had nothing to worry about once we got home. Team Carriage should be very proud of the experience they create for their customers.

SCAM that is Carriage Kia!! DO NOT buy from them. Since i was scammed out of my Jaguar and 10k I have had contact with SEVERAL people who have had the same thing happen to them. They STILL 6 months later havent even sent me the papers for the truck and its broken in the front yard... Not to mention the fact I paid for a warrenty and cant use it there cause Chuck got mad at me for playing back a recording of him lying to me and kicked me off the property. Bottom line... Scam, Scam, Scam but sooner then later it will catch up with them...Hopefully sooner if you have been scammed contact me dparks305@gmail.com Sorry i didnt want to lie to the bank guys!!!

This was a deal that we did in June and there were many extenuating circumstances on the customer’s side that made this car deal very difficult. We did everything within our power to try to provide her a decent vehicle and work through all of the complications and issues with them. Even though we did all that we could and tried to make every accommodations we could, there was nothing that we could feasibly do to make the customer happy. They have made numerous accusations and conjectures about the transaction, but we know that we tried to overcome all of them and work with the customer. Her unwillingness to obtain a Georgia drivers license excludes her from being able to procure a Georgia tag for her vehicle. That is not an issue that we can fix.

I went to Carriage Kia to look at the 2012 Kia Optima. After looking at different models with different features we decided to purchase a 2012 Optima EX with the Premium package. Our sales person Kevin had great knowledge of the product and answered our questions without having to "lookup" anything. To me, this is a sign of a great salesman. This Kia is our 5th Kia since 2005. We now own 2 Kia's. A 2012 Optima & 2011 Sorento. The only regreat that I have is I did not purchase our Sorento from Kevin at Carriage Kia. It is worth the drive to work with this dealer.
