My husband and I purchased a new Kia Sorento. We had an excellent experience with the sales team, and I believe we were treated very fairly. Other dealerships overwhelmed us and we felt a lot of pressure; however the Kia team made us feel at ease and did not apply pressure. They just wanted to be helpful. We will definitely be purchasing our next car here as well.

Great experience with Carriage Kia! We started shopping for a Sorento about 8 months ago. We visited several other Kia dealerships, but were not impressed with the customer service or product knowledge. As luck would have it, a phone call answered by Greg Simpson last Sunday to check inventory prompted us to visit the dealership later that afternoon. They had exactly what we were looking for at a great price. We bought our first Kia Sorento before we left. Greg was extremely knowledgeable, professional & personable. We also had assistance from Shane Perkins, who also demonstrated great customer service skills. The next day, we took delivery of our new Kia and was assisted by Jeremy Smith who explained all the features and functions. Jeremy was also very knowledgeable & personable. What a great team! We would highly recommend Carriage Kia!

Very professional dealership, with friendly staff. We came in already basically knowing what we wanted, and Greg worked with us to get us into the car we really wanted. They were willing to put up with us sending them back and forth with different options and different finance rates until we were finally able to walk out of the dealership feeling satisfied. They really worked hard for us and we do appreciate it!

We came to Carriage on Friday, Jan. 20th just to look at...
We came to Carriage on Friday, Jan. 20th just to look at new cars. We met Chris and he was very helpful with locating a Sorento for me according to my specifications. He actually (in the pouring down rain) went out and got the SUV and brought it into the bay area so my husband and I could get a good look at it. He also offered to let us drive it home with us and see how we liked it. We did drive it home and I loved the Sorento. It handles well and has all the bells and whistles to go along with it. We came back on Saturday and Chris helped make the deal possible. He was very helpful and answered all my questions.

I had a fantastic experience at Carriage Kia in Gainesville, GA. My salesman, Shane Perkins, was friendly but not pushy. He made sure he gave me the right information by asking if he didn't know instead of just making up an answer. I made a couple of trips to the dealership after choosing my vehicle to take care of some related business and dealt with several other employees. Every one of them was friendly and courteous. I rated the price as good because every one would prefer a lower price! I love my Kia Forte 5 door!!! My daughter bought a Kia Forte sedan 6 months ago so it looks like we have become a Kia family! I always heard about Carriage Kia in Gainesville through 104.7 the fish and I also had a neighbor who purchased a vehicle from Carriage Kia, who was very pleased with his service. I was ready to trade in my 2005 Jeep Cherokee Laredo and I was looking for a more fuel-sufficient vehicle, so I decided to stop by Carriage Kia. Immediately when I walked into the dealership I was greeted with a smile by the friendly receptionist. My sales representative Shane Perkins was a joy to work with. My husband and I decided between a 2012 Kia Optima or a 2012 Kia Soul and we eventually decided to go for the Kia Soul. Shane went above and beyond to insure that trading our vehicle and purchasing a new one was stress free and very exciting. When you walk into Carriage Kia, you feel like your right at home. There was no pressure into purchasing a vehicle and my overall experience was great. I would recommend for everyone to stop by and visit Carriage Kia in Gainesville.

I stopped by Carriage Kia to just "look" at the new Kia Optima with no intentions on purchasing a vehicle that day. I wanted to check around first, I usually never buy unless I check out several dealerships. However, we were greeted with the upmost respect from Chris Stanford so we decided to test drive the car and really liked it. The first thing I noticed was the car was already on a full tank of gas, which was a plus for me. We went in to talk business and I can't say enough how Carriage Kia was so pleasant to deal with. I buy a car about every two years and I have never been treated this good by any dealership. The employees at Carriage were not rude, did not try to push the sale on me, they were just there to make it work for me. After the purchase, Jeremy Smith introduced the car to us and went over everything from top to bottom. By far, Jeremy did an outstanding job on explaining every feature on the car to us. I have received many calls from Carriage since the sale to make sure everything was going ok and I was enjoying my new car. I will be referring my friends and family to Carriage and when I buy another car, I will be returning to Carriage Kia in Gainesville Ga! Thanks again for making this such a wonderful sale for me.
