The people I dealt with at Carriage KIA are very professional and know the technical specifications of thir cars. They were also willing to be competative by mataching prices with other car dealer's quotes. They are straight foward and honest about explaining the different price options of their cars.

I would like to say that the Kia Dealership in...

I would like to say that the Kia Dealership in Gainesville, GA has the best sales associates Dustin Seagraves and Sharon (financial)and that they are caring and making sure that you are buying what you want, not what they want to sell you. They take the time to go over all information and making sure that you understand all the processes of buying a new car and they want you to be fully happy in your decision making. Dustin made sure that I was truly happy with my decision before he even went inside to do paper work for me to buy the car, and even worked with the financial side to get the best deal for me. Then Sharon came out and went over the manuals and then the car in full detail to make sure that I didn't leave without knowing how to fully operate the vehichle with all the updated technology, along with going around showing me where everything was located for when I return for my oil change and check up with the car. I am loving my new 2012 Kia and will be going back for the overall experience of buying a new car in the future with Carriage Kia. Thanks for the experience,

We looked at many types of vehicles at numerous dealerships during our recent search for a new car. My husband happened into Carriage Kia and was impressed with their product, pricing, facility, and most important - helpful employees. Tim and Robert (the sales staff)were informative, helpful, and honest. Josh did a great job of explaining the features of the Sedona we purchased as we took delivery and he followed up with us a few days after delivery to offer additional assistance. We got a great price on our new Kia Sedona as well as great service both during and after the purchase. We've purchased several cars through the years, but this was our best experience by far. We would highly recommend Carriage Kia to friends and family.

My experience was excellent. I made a purchase in a short time because I had a very knowledgeable salesperson (Orlando Lara) who was able to put me into a new Kia Sportage at a great price. Everyone there works together very well and they make a great team.

Tommy went above and beyond to make a deal that I couldn't refuse and that my family could live with. I was so pleased with the service and attention we received at the dealership that I have already recommended it to other family members. The car we purchased has every convenience and luxury feature that I wanted plus the utility that I need. I would definitely deal with Carriage Kia again.

Igive my rating based on my persona experience, I went to severalm Kia dealerships and priced the Optimas, I called Carriage to compare the prices and they told me to come on in and they would beat the price.....and they kept their word, they did give me a better price on a 2012 as opposed to the 2011 prices I was getting from the other dealers. Dustin Seagraves was GREAT!!!...he was not your average 'pushy' salesman....he honestly wanted to see me drive away in a new car....very nice guy, I hope Carriage knows what a valueable employeee they have in him!!!!...Thanks Dustin!!!
