I was just looking at cars with the possibilty of buying...

I was just looking at cars with the possibilty of buying one. I was not familiar with Kias. I went to the Carrige Kia dealership. Shane Perkins came outside to talk to me. He was very friendly. Eventhough he wanted to sell me a car, he was very undestanding of my just wanting to look and not buy. I went back to the dealership a second time and did a test drive with Shane. I liked the way the Kia Optima drove. I still didn't commit to buying. On my third visit I decided to purchase. Shane was very friendly again. He made me feel comfortable with buying the Kia. After a week of driving the Kia Optima, I'm satisfied with my purchase.

I had a terrific experience with Carriage Kia the sales...

I had a terrific experience with Carriage Kia the sales staff was very friendly and easy to work with. I love my new Kia Forte and buying it, which is usually the worst part. It was a very comfortable experience! I believe that anyone who visits Carriage Kia will have a great time buying a car! They are definitely doing something right there, compared to the other dealerships that I visited they were super busy. But I was helped right away and drove out with my AWESOME new car the same day.

I appreciate the warm environment and friendly employees at Carriage Kia. My husband and I felt very welcome and were very pleased with the attention to detail given to our first time leasing experience.

i went down there for nice friendly service while trying...

i went down there for nice friendly service while trying to find a vechile and i fount the right place, they was willing to help me out with everything i need and was very fast at it to, yall are doing a great job keep it up thanks for everything

It seems they had a breakdown in their internal...

It seems they had a breakdown in their internal procedures in getting my issue resolved; however, once it finally got to the right person it was resolved almost immediately. Overall, my experience has been good other than a snafu related to a GAP policy cancellation. The dealership received all 5s in my initial review, and that still holds true for the sales/service staff.

My husband and I drove into the parking lot of Carriage...

My husband and I drove into the parking lot of Carriage Kia (Gainesville, GA) and were greeted by Salesman Michael Paglionti. He was awesome! He did not see us as a $SALE$, but took the time to listen to our needs. We currently owned an '04 Kia Amanti, which had both body and internal issues that needed addressing (which were all self inflicted). We brought the car in to be "fixed," but after being faced with the expense it would take to get the car up-to-par we went another route. Michael listened to us. He walked us through our options and waited patiently while my husband and I made the decision to purchase a new car! We went home in a new 2011 Optima! Just before we left, Jeremy Smith took us "inside" the car. Being the woman I am, is there REALLY a need to know anything about a car other that the gas pedal, console mirror and radio dial? Well, now I do! Jeremy was awesome! He took us through EVERYTHNG! He even programmed our phones to respond to the automobile's "phone-thingy" (he told me the techno name but, again, is it REALLY necessary that I remember that?!) My overall experience was GREAT! I give Carriage Kia Gainesville, GA Two-Thumbs-Up! For these reasons I chose to give a review because most of the time, especially in this economy, you are treated as an easy target...a $Sale$! I want everyone out there to know that Carriage Kia (Gainesville, GA) is the place to go!!!

I had a good experience with Cariage Kia. They were all very friendly answered all of my questions and were very paticent with my boys as they got tired toward the end of our visit. The car I got is great, a bit more than I wanted in car and price, but it is great. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and an awsome intrest rate.

Very happy with my first Kia purchase from Carriage Kia...

Very happy with my first Kia purchase from Carriage Kia Gainesville,ga!!! Good sales guy Luis Neira!! No pressure to buy. Let me look and test all New Sorentos until i found one i liked. Hope to keep buying from Carriage in the long future!!! Super Happy!!! Thank You!!

I enjoyed Laura taking care of me. She didn't make me feel like an idiot because I was a woman buying a car as opposed to the more traditional male who probably would have made me feel like an idiot and treated me as such!!!!!

The Carriage Kia sales associates were very informative...

The Carriage Kia sales associates were very informative and not pushy. They seemed sincerely interested in my needs as a buyer and they worked with me to find the exact car I wanted. I love my new Optima (which gets 34 MPG!) and would recommend buying any Kia model you are considering from Carriage Kia. In addition, the standard technology features on the Optima were still provided at a reasonable price. A nice car, with a great warranty and the newest technology—you just can’t beat such a great deal.
