I came to Carriage Kia after a not so pleasent experience...
I came to Carriage Kia after a not so pleasent experience at a differnt Kia dealership. The drive is close to two hours from where I live and YES I would do it again. The experience was so signifigantly different from my first. From the moment I arrived at Carriage I was treated with kindness and respect. Luis, my salesperson kept me informed on every step of the procedure. I think he was as excited about my new vechile as I was. AND.....even after the papers were signed, I still hear from everyone to make sure there are no problems. Savannah, the young lady who showed me how to work everything on my Soul has even called to make sure I don't have any additional questions. I would highly recommend Carriage Kia to anyone in the market for a new (or used) Kia. You can be sure that you will be taken care of on each step of the process and beyond.

This is my Second car I have bought from Carriage Kia!! I love them they have a customer for life. I love dealing with Greg Simpson he was my salesperson both times I hope he is there next time too. Josh was so helpful showing me everything about my New 2012 Sorrento.The only thing about my car is I miss not having a Thermometer. Other than that great car. Walked in on a Thursday night right before closing. Mike took the time to answer questions and show us a Sorento. His honesty and enthusiasm was refreshing! Kevin let us take a Sorento home that night as a loaner to help us make a decision. Needless to say, went back Friday afternoon and bought a Sorento SX!

Our experience was very good. Mikey was very informative and knew the product well when he was explaining it to us before we took a test drive. A couple of other people got involved and at that point we felt a little pressure. Overall we were pleased with the experience and are enjoying the car.

We went to Carriage Kia for a new tire and wheele allignment, while we were waiting, we went into the show room to look at Vans, we had been thinking about a van for a few months but not planning to buy, met Shane and looked at a few, and the next thing we knew we were buying. Shane was such a low pressure salesman and sort of led us to what we wanted. They offered a wonderful trade in on our 2008 Sorrento and it was a really good deal. The most impressive thing we saw in Shane was that He recognized a couple of previous customers and greated them like old friends,as opposed to the guy that sold us our Sorrento,who walked past us 2 weeks after the sale like we were perfect strangers.

The care buying experince for me has never been a posittive experience. After deciding on an Optima and visiting several other dearlers in GA and FL with completive car models ... I came back to Carriage Kia in Gainesville GA. My first time visiting I was greeted by Robert and after taking a test drive and discussing what I was looking for he did not pressure me to buy and offered to help when the time was right for me. After feeling like I was being hustled at another competting dealership I returned to Carrige Kia to take the next step. Rober went to work to find the exact car and color, obtain a good interest rate and made sure I had all the incetives avaiable to me. He was very helpful explaiming the process when I had questions. When I picked up the car Laura was working as a team with Robert and assisted in the same fashion to finalize the process with me. I am completly satisfied with Optima and the buying experience not tot mention the continued support you recieve from the dealer after lurchasing the car. I was surprised by the whole experience and tell everyone it was the best car buying expereince I have ever had. I have three daugthers that will be needing new cars soon and I plan to help them. After seeing the Optima up close and hearing of my experience they are high on Kia and I would travel without hesitation Carriage Kia in Gainesville GA to make purchace thier vehicles.

I had been thinking about buying a car for over a year...
I had been thinking about buying a car for over a year and when my husband and I came to Carriage Kia, we looked around for a few minutes. Robert Jimmerson came and introduced himself. He was pleasant, knowledgeabe, friendly and not pushy. We were looking at the Sorento. We left that day, and came back 2 days later. We did receive a nice call from Robert. Still very professional, just checking up. When we did finalize the sale, I felt that we got a good price and was impressed with the warranty on the car, and the 1st yr free service. Nice. Jeremy Smith showed me how all the features on the car work, especially the phone hook up. I'm not really computer knowledgeabe, but he explained in a way I understood. Even went so far as to hook up a phone so I could see how easy it was. Great service, great gentleman. Carriage Kia is a well kept business, clean and attractive. Sales people are knowledgeable and helpful. They have a good product and are happy to share their knowledge of it without being pushy or arrogant. Very nice experience all around. Thanks ! Also let me say Kia has a nice online website.
