The staff at Carriage Kia were very friendly and helpful to my wife and I as we looked at the Kia's. Or salman, Michael Paglianti was supper!!! He showed and answered all of or questions while ensuring us that we were dealing with a first class team. I would, and have recommended Michael and Carriage Kia to several friends. I sure they will be as happy as my wife and I have been.

The experience overall was great. I got the car I was looking for at the price I wanted. The financing I received exceeded my expectations.I really an enjoying my Optima. The dealership was very nice and everyone was very courteous. I would recommend them to my friends.

Buying a new car at Carriage Kia was a pleasant surprise....

Buying a new car at Carriage Kia was a pleasant surprise. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and made the overall experience better than any dealership I have been to. My salesman was very knowledgeable about the features/specs that were included in my car. I couldn’t tell you how many other dealers had no knowledge of the cars they were selling. I would I highly recommend Carriage Kia.

My husband first visited Kia and test drove an Optima,...

My husband first visited Kia and test drove an Optima, then brought me back the same day to see this beautiful car. I was impressed,but we were not in a hurry to buy. Dustin was the sales rep we talked with and he was very nice, no pressure, and seemed knowledgable and accommodating when we mentioned we were planning on trading our Dodge. When we returned about 2-3 weeks later, we worked with Chuck and Shane,who was new on the sales force. Our deal was made,after some negotiiating,and we left with a loaner Forte. Returned the next day after our car was detailed and spent some time with a young man named Mike? to learn basics about the vehicle. Other than having to come back in to sign an overlooked paper, our experience with this dealer was very good and we love our Optima!

We visited the dealership on a whim and went home with a Kia Sorrento. We had a pleasant experience there with no high pressure sales and are really enjoying the car. Wesley Dyer was great to work with and we appreciated his help throughout the process.

Dustin, our salesman, was very helpful. We love our new Snow White Pearl Optima. Everywhere we go, people come up to us and tell us what a beautiful car we have and want to look inside. Even college kids are coming up to the car when I stop somewhere (even at traffic lights) and telling me how much they like my car especially the low profile tires with the custom wheels. The ride is so smooth. It turns so easily when you have to make a u-turn. Love the seats that COOL which is great when getting into a hot car.

Great buying experience. The whole crew worked hard to get us in the vehicle we wanted. When we told them our budget for a vehicle, they made the deal work to our satisfaction. I would greatly recommend Carriage Kia. When you go in ask for Mike. He will put you in the car that you want.

I chose this dealership because they gave me the best...

I chose this dealership because they gave me the best price. After signing an intent to buy a car that was supposed to be in in 2 days, it took a week to get it, which is not a big deal because the Fortes were in high demand at the time. The reason I gave them a rating less than a five was that I had to keep calling them to get the story on the delay and only after I asked for the earnest money back did they produce a car that was dealer traded from Morrow to Gainesville, so I guess thay sold the car that I had initially bought to someone else. I have to give them credit for getting me the car I wanted at our agreed on price, regardless of how they did it. Bottom line, though, I do like the Forte; it is a solid car and so nice to drive and got a great deal on the price. If you like Kia's, this dealer gave me the best price - I tried all in the area; and they offer free 1st year maintenance.

This Kia dealership was very conveniently located in Gainesville, Georgia and they were willing to negotiate on the price of a new Kia Soul. This dealership also was able to quickly find the exact model and color of a Kia Soul that I was looking for. The purchase process went very smoothly.
