Carriage KIA of Gainesville had the 2011 Forte 5 Door model I was interested in test driving. I had previously driven the Chevy ECO, the Toyota Matrix & the Nissan Versa. Arriving on Saturday at 11AM, Wes greeted me promptly and within a short moment, I was driving the car on the highway. The car and its ride are very comfortable, responsive & the 36MPG Highway made my decision easy. We quickly contracted the vehicle at an agreeable and affordable monthly payment. I love the vehicle and found that Carriage KIA's service department is excellent, too.

When we visited the dealership we were greeted by very friendly people. They made sure we were comfortable and very helpful on the vehicle that suited our needs. They offered us some refreshments while we were filling out the paperwork. We are very pleased in the overall experience with this dealership and would recommend them to any one.

Our trusty van gave up the ghost & this family of 8 needed another people hauler & grocery getter. We had been looking at the Kia Sorento for a little while & decided to stop by the dealership & take a closer look. Madison was very friendly & not pushy @ all. She gave us plenty of time to decide which Sorento model was right for our family, gave us some time with the vehicle under zero pressure, and allowed us to make a great deal on the vehicle as soon as we were ready.
