Scheduled Maiontence Service

We are seniors and asa such been living indoors since March 2020. I asked the Kia service department if it was possible for them to have the Telluride vehicle pickup from my home. And the folks at KIA readily agreed to have my car picked up and returned. I was truly surprised that the two young ladies that made the pickup/return were very professional. My car was returned within a two hour period. We very much appreciated how pleasant the two people assigned to the task, and handled my request so quickly and professionally. Easy process. I knew the type of car and Oscar, our sales rep, was patient with me while we sold our house and had to put car buying on hold. When we were ready he was easy to text and find the right car! He had all the paperwork done so when I arrived, it was super easy!

If your looking for Excellent service then ask for Andrew Aycock! I’m so glad he is back at Carriage, when he left the service wasn’t the same . With Andrew he goes above and beyond to help me !! I went in for a recall and after waiting from 11 to 2:30...

I went in for a recall and after waiting from 11 to 2:30 I was told that they didn't have the part I needed they had to order it and would call me when it came in. Plus I told them that my lights on my dash are not working they go on and off. To check it out. They couldn't fix that either. There was a box near my batterie not attached by only 1 wire. They asked if they could take it off to see if that is the problem. They wanted to know who put it their I have only gone to Kia at Carraige Kia where I was and got a new batterie. So someone there put it on. For what reason who knows. The young lady named Nicole stated she was sorry for my trouble. Very nice young lady.

Everyone was very nice and respectful. Having to deal with a germ freak in a pandemic is stressful. Everyone wore a mask and I saw lots of cleaning going on. Good job, thanks
