Everyone is always so nice I bought four vehicles there now and everybody’s always so nice it doesn’t matter who you talk to they’re always so polite and respectful to everybody I listen when I was sitting there to how everybody responded everybody is just wonderful that they have that much kindness for their customers

Poor service at service center had problems with oil...

Poor service at service center had problems with oil change over filled. Return the next day talk with service manager had to do another oil change. Never once said sorry for the problem. Larry Simms

I had my Sedona serviced June 1st. It was done surprisingly quick. They were thorough and kept us in the loop as to what was happening to our vehicle

I was not impressed at all with the service department I waited over two hours for a simple oil change. I will most likely look for another dealer for service in the future. They did not even rest the service reminder and it comes on every time I start the vehicle

Pleasant visit! Although it took a little longer than usual they were down some technicians so it was understandable to have to wait a little longer. They made sure everything was in tip top shape though!

I bought a 2020 Sorento from Carriage Kia on 5-27. Love the car. Eric Caudillo was our sales rep. Never met a person that was more helpful. We had him running everywhere bringing vehicles for us to look at. He was polity, but very professional. The manager, sorry, forgot her name, was also very polite and professional. In fact, everyone there was great. We have been dealing with Carriage Kia for over seven years. Wouldn’t go any where else.
