I made an appointment, arrived on time and was told...

I made an appointment, arrived on time and was told service would be approximately an hour. I was there 2.5 hours. My afternoon was completely ruined and i had to cancel a 3pm appointment set fir the same day because i was at the dealership until 4pm. Absolutely unacceptable!

The service and help that I received was very poor. Since the first month of owning the vehicle I have had nothing but problems. Kia refused to do anything or help with any issues even ones that should have been covered by warranty. I will not be purchasing a vehicle from Kia ever again.

Dezmond was a true professional from the initial phone...

Dezmond was a true professional from the initial phone call to the delivery of the car! Due to COVID-19, I was on a travel restriction and unable to go to the dealership to see the car in person. Dezmond took more pictures of the vehicle, answered all of my questions (I had a lot) and worked out the deal over the phone, text and e-mail. He and another gentleman drove 2-1/2 hours to deliver the vehicle, finalized the paperwork in my garage and ensured we were satisfied with the vehicle before heading back. He followed up several days later to see how I was enjoying the car. I would definitely recommend Carriage Kia!!
