Quick and easy.

Easy and quick to schedule. Able to get a ride to work too. Will be returning for service. The oil change and tire rotation in the morning.

Great Dealership

Service person was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and I was impressed. I left feeling that I had been treated fairly and that work done was thorough and done in a timely manner

If you want a painless experience, go to Carriage!

If you are serious about buying a car not being jerked around stop reading reviews and go to Carriage Kia. Seriously. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend them time and time again. Jamie was my sales associate and she went above beyond to help get me info and track down the exact vehicle I wanted. When it came to the financial side we worked with Tyler and he was very honest and upfront about all of the different options available. Not once did I feel pressured into something I did not want. And finally as I was ready to leave with my new car, Katie was excellent in inspecting the car with me and going over every detail. The service I was provided was definitely above and beyond what I ever expected to receive when trying to buy a car. I spent less time buying a car and going through all the paperwork than I normally do getting my hair done. I am not normally one to write reviews, but I was just so blown away that I needed to share my experience.

Very accommodating

Scheduled 5,000 mile oil change went very well even though I was delayed in getting there at appointed time. This was my second time to service dept. First time the service manager kindly assisted me in handling a dumb problem that I should have handled myself. First class service all the way.

It was painless! I love my new car! Very satisfied

I didn't think I would be able to get out of the vehicle I traded in because I was so upside down in it. These folks worked it out and I left with a brand new 2018 Sorrento. I love it! It's nicer than I expected and it fits my every need.

Amazing experience!

Mike, Tyler and Brenda were by far the most amazing people to do business with! The whole process was painless and quick and I’ll definitely be back in to buy my next one there. Mike was such an amazing Salesperosn! No pressure and was very informative. Tyler was just as amazing and was so very friendly. Brenda made sure everything was too notch before I left and I’m still in shock at how awesome it was. A perfect 10! ??
