The sevice area employees advised Me of recalls that needed replacing , and I was impressed with the service and cleaning and waxing my car. Wet good service.

No communication from saleperson and finance person to the customer. The long prosess of 5 hours was unsatisfactory. Not know the financial documents needed for completion.

Customer service was great from The moment I pulled up until the time I left. It was the first time to carriage kia. I went in for an oil change and they had a nice lounge for you to wait in. If you were hungry or thirsty they had drinks and snacks at no charge. I didnt have to sit and wait for hours, they were actually on schedule which was great. To make my visit even better after my oil was changed the washed my car for free. It felt pretty nice to be taken care of like you mattered.

Carriage Kia Gainesville is Top Notch. The service department and my Service Advisor Andrew Aycock are the best. I tell all my friends to go here if for nothing else the service department. I look forward to bringing my car in for service. They are always prompt, courteous and aren’t pushy to upsell you. They are informative and take care of their customers. The guy that helped me it seemed I had just talk to him yesterday.. very friendly and explain ed everything they were going to do thanks not being able to check transmission fluid is really weird. For a guy who s raced for30 yrs it's strange thanks again.
