I absoulutely love Carriage Kia!!
The service dept. staff is always very friendly! I had to go in for a oil change recently, the waiting area, and restrooms are always spotless. It's very comfortable to sit and wait, and the free k-cup coffee is delicious. They also gave me a complimentary car wash. My car was so clean it looked as if I had just bought it that day! Great Service guys!!

Richard loves Carriage Kia
Every time I bring our Sorento for service, we are greeted with smiles and hand shakes. Everyone smiles and makes you feel welcomed. I brought my Kia in this past Wednesday for regular service, would not go any where else, and John Schaffer took care of everything. While we were waiting, Mike Paglianti saw us and came into the service lobby to chit-chat. Mike sold us our Kia in 2012 and still takes the time to be cordial. We will be back. Greatest Dealership ever.

Wonderful!
This is the first dealership I have been to since I bought my first new vehicle. Every time I drive up, Judy (I think) greets me and is very sweet. She knows who I am and gets everything completed promptly. I plan on brining my vehicle here every time I need anything done to my vehicle. Thank you so much for the exceptional customer service.

BUYER BEWARE!!!
I have written a review on cars.com which explains the details of the very dishonest and unethical way the used car staff at Carriage Kia dealt with me. They RENEGGED on a quoted price, a price that had been quoted 3 times to me, my daughter and a friend. I have been buying cars for over 30 years and have never met a more disrespectful, and dishonest bunch of people. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH ANYONE FROM CARRIAGE KIA AGAIN. By the way, the "sales people" we dealt with aren't listed below, so just for information, they were Jim Miller and Tyler Miller. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Carriage Kia a GREAT dealership
I bought my Kia Rio from Carriage Kia they have a honest sales people. They worked with use to get the rio we wanted, I have been taking my car back to them ever time I have to get the oil changed. They have a very clean and nice waiting room. The workers are very nice and helpful.

First car purchase
This is a type of environment you'd expect only with overpriced luxury cars. The place is new, clean, open, and everyone is friendly. Gender equality is also very evident. I will think of them as my first choice for our next purchase and would recommend them to anyone thinking about a Kia.

Bait and switch
I contacted the Carriage organization about two 2014 Kia's they had in their inventory, and put in an online application for credit. I was called by one of their people and told him that I didn't have perfect credit but their website said they would work with that, and if he'd talk to their finance department and let me know then I'd be more than happy to come on up after I knew we could make a deal. I gave him my information and what I was looking to put down, etc. I was told they would look at my application and call me back. He called me back shortly after and assured me that they absolutely could make that happen. That Saturday I drove 45 mins to get to them, found the salesman I had been dealing with and he had me sit down at his desk and told me the finance manager wanted to speak with me. The finance manager comes over and explains that with my situation they cannot get me into the cars that I had expressed interest in; however, they had a program that could work, if I would give him a moment and tell him what I needed in a car he would come up with some that worked. I was already there (this of course being the reason behind the ploy) so I agreed. He came back about 10 mins later, and I was shown a used stripped down base model Nissan Altima, which did not match any of what I said I needed in a vehicle. I test drove it feeling a bit despondent but the staff at least seemed pleasant and like they were on my side (I know they're salesmen what did I expect). I came inside and the "finance manager" (I'm not sure to this day if that is whom I really actually spoke to or if he was merely playing that part in the scam they were running) said he would run the numbers. Now up to this point I had let things go; however, I'm not actually a complete moron so I happen to have the Kelly Bluebook app on my phone and took the time to look up the actual value of that vehicle, which for the record was slightly over 12k, and went to their website to look up what they were selling the car I test drove for, and it was slightly over 15k. The finance manager came over and told me I would be financing that vehicle for about $17,500 for 54 months, at 29% interest, I did the math and I would end up having paid over $30,000 for a car valued at $12K, and here he is smiling and acting like I ought to be lifting him on my shoulders for doing such a magnificent job of ripping me off. Well here's the deal, I recognize that I was not the ideal customer and in fact I was a challenge I did not hide that and attempted to make sure that I was VERY clear from the get go what my situation was, and not waste anyone's time. These people on the other hand, lied, and deceived, all for the sole purpose of getting me in the door knowing that they could NOT produce what we had discussed. Why do this you ask, simple they knew that once I was in there it would be easy for them to flip things around and try and stick me with something else, on their terms. This happened at the beginning of the summer and i had let it go but I just received yet another contact from them. Well congrats you woke up the dragon, next time make a notation in your database try this "customer caught us trying to run a scam on him and ran DO NOT CONTACT". For everyone else, stay away from this dealership, I am sure they will have you leaving with a smile on your face till you count your fingers and toes and find one missing.

Surprisingly painless car purchase!
Working with Jasmine Young was a pleasure throughout my entire transaction. She was very patient with me during the whole process, and she handled my nitpicking and internet researching like a pro! All Carriage employees that I encountered the day (Jasmine, Megan Walker and Richelle) that I finally physically walked in to buy the car were very professional and affable. The presence of having Courtney the delivery specialist there to explain all the bells and whistles on the car was a nice touch as well. For what is usually stereotyped as a painful experience, car buying from Carriage wasn't painful at all. Well done Jasmine, and well done, Carriage!
