Every time I visit the dealership for a scheduled service visit they get me in and out of the dealership with efficiency and make sure that I don't have to return for unplanned maintenance. The staff does a great job of keeping me informed about my vehicle while acting with honesty and integrity. I would recommend not only buying a car from Carriage Kia, but continuing to maintain your car with the 5 star service staff.

I scheduled my Soul for a regular service and an alignment. My service was completed in a timely manner and my car was washed and vacuumed. I didn't expect the inside to be cleaned but was very grateful. The waiting room is comfortable and Judy kept me informed of what was happening with my car. I don't usually use a dealership for oil changes etc. because they are usually more costly than my local mechanic. Of course, to be fair, my last car was a MINI Cooper and the dealer was BMW. Enough said on that subject. I love my car and, if I out live it, I will buy another KIA. I'm 71.

Carriage has got to be the best dealership around. Every time I go there I am met with sincere smiles and greetings. The service is always right. Judy Hill was excellent. She worked with me on what service I wanted and what was needed. Carriage is the best.

Service has been excellent. John is very knowledgeable and helpful. Love the free car wash too. I feel like my car is really being taken care of.

We are on our third vehicle from Carriage and have maintained all of them at their service department. I never feel hassled to perform unnecessary work and they always seem to work with us and make choices within our budget. Very pleased!

Carriage KIA is a great dealership. The do your service quick. They have a nice waiting room. All the workers are very nice and know there job and your car.

Came in to have the oil an filter changed and 4 wheel alignment also Kia service bulletin check. Always do a great job! My wife appreciates the free car wash also (her car). Judy Hill was great in getting me in and out in as little time as possible.
