Broke leg 2014

Due to the fact I couldn't drive from Dec 2013 til ? don't know when , my family had to take my Kia Sedona in for service. They always told me how nice they were treated. Love my Sedona and so glad I bought it when I did. Sorry I can't call to mind anyone else who might have helped us this past year but you know who you are and more important God knows . May you have a prosperous year Mrs. Nipper

The best folks we have ever dealy with.

Carriage Kia has been the best auto purchase and service experience we have ever had. We are in our 60's so we have had a lot of vehicles. At this point we certainly intend to get our next vehicle at Carriage Kia.

Changed the way I think of dealerships.

I bought my car a couple months ago and haven't had a chance to leave a review yet, but my experience was so phenomenal that I wanted to be sure and give my feedback and recommendation. Let me say first that I'm extremely picky when it comes to making recommendations because I feel if I recommend a business or service, it's a reflection of my own judgement. I can wholeheartedly recommend Carriage Kia to anyone in the metro area considering a new car. I drove past a couple other Kia dealers to get to Carriage about 30 miles away and am so glad I did. I had a chance to talk to Trey prior to arriving at the dealership and told him the car I was interested in. As a USAA member with TrueCar service, I had already selected what I thought I'd want. He had the car waiting for me at the front door ready for a test drive. Off we went in a 2015 Optima EX w/ Premium Package. Exactly what I asked for. During the test drive, I'd already made my decision that I'd buy the car, but I had a very tight schedule as I was moving my sailboat off the lake the same day. We had two hours to close this deal. One thing that Trey helped me decide was color. Having a sense of my personality and activities, he encouraged me to consider the bright silver (I asked for white). I didn't want a color I'd have to clean regularly or that would show dirt easily. I hesitated a little on the color change, but once I saw the bright silver and grey leather, I was sold. Haven't second guessed that decision once, and so glad he made the recommendation. Of course it helps to walk into a dealership with a high credit score and knowing my budget on monthly payments. Having a realistic expectation of what a $30k car costs alleviates a lot of the stress in buying. Even though I had financing in place, Carriage secured a better rate for me and lower payment - beat out my own bank! We closed the deal very quickly. In all, I was at the dealership for about an hour before I had paperwork in my hands. While the dealership prepared the car for delivery (including a full detail), I headed over to the lake to meet the hauler that was moving my boat. I returned shortly after dinner to find my car in the delivery area waiting for me. Hannah (I believe that was her name) spent a solid 30 minutes showing me every little button in the car, even paired up our iPhones with the UVO system. She scheduled my first service appointment and made sure she answered all of our questions. A few days later I got a call from Carriage that they'd found an even better loan for me with less interest and a lower payment. I couldn't believe (in fact, I thought maybe this would be the ugly surprise). But it was true. When I got to the dealership, they had the new paper work ready for me, and my payment decreased by $10/month and I walked with an optimal interest rate. The bank I ended up with has also taken great care of my account, and I decided to open a checking account with them as well to make payments much easier. I got equally great service when I took the car back for its first check up after breaking it in. I couldn't ask for a better car buying or car owning experience. Carriage checks in with me regularly to make sure I'm enjoying the car (which I am!) and to see if I have any questions. I look forward to my next service trip and being able to check in with Trey.

GrEAT EXPERIENCE

PURCHASED MY KIA SOUL IN AUGUST 2014 AND HAVE LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT. THE SALES GROUP ARE A WONDERFUL PEOPLE TO DEAL WILL, ALWAYS MAKING SURE YOU ARE OK AND IF YOU NEED ANYTHING WHILE YOU WAIT ON THE DEAL TO BE WRAPPED UP. MY SCOND VEHICLE FROM CARRIAGE AND WILL NOT BE MY LAST!!!!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE AT CARRIAGE KIA

we purchased a new Sorrento in September fromGainesville KIA. We had a very good experience there . They had a very good selection of cars to pick from,pleasant show room,and the employees were all very good , friendly and knowledgeable about the cars and the financing.We have also been back for service very pleasant experience waiting room clean with plenty of seating also the refreshments have never had another dealership to offer that. all in all a very pleasant experience. Always treated with respect

Every time I bring my car for service, I am greeted warmly and friendly. Everyone is always checking to make sure I am comfortable. The waiting area is clean and stocked with snacks. It is no hassle to bring your car for service. Thank you.

Tremendous Customer Service

We recently had our 2012 Kia Soul serviced at Carriage Kia. Originally we were only there to get the oil changed. Immediately the service tech let us know that it was time for the 30,000 mile service. He gave me a list of the items that would be checked and then gave me the price. It was way more than I was able to pay at the time. So he said he would call me after the initial multi point inspection of the vehicle to let me know what was most important. After just a little while, he called and told me the tires were in dire need of being replaced even more important than the 30,000 mile service. So we discussed tire pricing. Again, the price was a little more than I could pay. I told him I would check with my tire guy to see what price he could give me. He said to call him back and let him to try and match it. So I got a much better price and called him back. We were able to agree on a price for the tires and the service. I loved that they were willing to negotiate the price to find one that worked for both of us. Great Job! Carriage! We will be back!

Great dealership Carriage KIA

Carriage Kia is a great dealership. They are very nice, they have a very clean and nice waiting room. The workers are very friendly and knowledgeable . I tell all my friends to go there.

Outstanding service experience is the norm here!

I am so totally willing to drive an hour to take my 2013 Soul to Carriage Kia for servicing because of the outstanding value and customer service. The cost is comparable to taking it somewhere locally in my hometown, but no one there gives me the friendly personalized customer service I receive at Carriage Kia.
