I went in for the 30,000 mile service to my Kia Forte...

I went in for the 30,000 mile service to my Kia Forte Koup that I bought two years ago. Not only this time but every time I go into Carriage Kia I am always greeted with a smile, and someone is always willing to help. Scheduling my service was as easy as a simple phone call and they are always willing to work with my crazy schedule. The service department always keeps me up to date on things that may or may not need to be done to my car to keep it running at tip top shape. They always get the service done in a timely manner what ever the service may be. If it does take a little longer, thats always fine with me, they always have coffee and popcorn to nibble on. :) and the sales associates are always welcome to a conversation. Over all Carriage Kia is my dealership of choice and I will personally keep my business with them for as long as possible. Thank you Carriage for always being there with a smile.

I love my my new 2012 Kia Sorento! Megan greeted me and...

I love my my new 2012 Kia Sorento! Megan greeted me and showed me the showroom car she searched the inventory for what I wanted brought up the car, I test drove it and loved it!! The buying/leasing program was awesome! I would definitely recommend Carriage Kia to all my friends!

Brought a car in for a check engine and was told it was...

Brought a car in for a check engine and was told it was because I changed the oil myself. Then charged a diagnostic fee?!?!? Seems that it was just a way to get any penny possible from me. Will not recomend to anyone!

I had to wait for a short period of time and Jamie had my car washed while I was waiting. She is always SO friendly, professional and accomodating. I appreciate her! I don't know who the gentleman is that does the cleanup in the building, but he is always there working hard around 7:00 am. He is a hard working man and does a great job.

Chris was very helpful showing us the differences between models of the optima and it was really nice that I did not have to deal with an account manager for the financing of the car. It was also nice that he did not push me to buy the extra's after I told him I only wanted the car. Jeremy was also very helpful in showing me the differnt things the car can do such as using the bluetooth. You should keep these guys employed and happy. Thank you, Kent Stewart

My wife and I chose Carriage Kia after shopping around, not only by visiting dealerships, but also shopping online. My wife stumbled onto the Carriage Kia website and not long after being online, she was greeted by a representative of the dealership via their instant chat. That immediately hooked my wife. We took an hour drive to Carriage Kia, where we were met by Megan Walker. She was just as pleasant and professional as she could be. My wife and I had already had a game plan when it came to purchasing a new car, but Megan changed how we would do that. Megan decided the best way for us to shop for a car was to check our credit score (beacon) to see exactly where we stood financially. This was to determine what car(s) we would be suited to test drive that way we weren't test driving a bunch of cars "they" knew we would not be able to "get into". Megan ran our credit and then sat down with us and explained it to us as well as our car options. After a some discussion between the three of us, we decided on a 2012 Kia Forte. We test drove it, and my wife and I were both hooked. We sat back down with Megan who went over our payment options and after some negotiations, we settled on a price and a payment; everyone was satisfied. A short while later, Megan came back with the paperwork, we signed it, and then we were introduced to Josh Passmore who explained the ins and outs of the car to and with us. I have to say that out of all the years I have ever been car shopping, this is the first dealership, that sold me (us) a car the way that I thought being sold a car was supposed to happen. Megan did an outstanding job and Carriage Kia should be proud to have her as an employee. Megan is just as "PRECIOUS" as she can be. When it is time for my wife or me to be due for a new vehicle, rest assured that we will be returning to Carriage Kia and Megan as new and loyal customers. The experience my wife and I had at and with the Carriage Kia and Megan is really no match for the words I just typed here in this review. Just know that I will highly recommend to my friends, family, and co-workers that they visit Carriage Kia and Megan if they are in the market for a new vehicle. Sincerely, Billy Amos

This was a great experience because it was not agressive....

This was a great experience because it was not agressive. I also had the opportunity to work with the same person, Michael Paglianti through the entire process. He was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I have been purchasing new vehicles for 40 years and it is not anything I enjoy doing because it seems the sales dept. is more concerned about making a sale that satisifying a customer. This was not the case at Carriage. I look forward to finding out about the service dept and hope to find the same quality.

We went for the 30 day inspection and had splash guards...

We went for the 30 day inspection and had splash guards installed on our Optima and were very pleased with the prompt and efficient service. The work was done in a timely fashion and completed to our satisfaction. There was a followup call to make sure we were happy with the service we received. The Carriage staff were professional but friendly and were eager to please.
