My car buy was an impromptu decision yesterday. We desperately needed another car in our household so I did some googling. I came across I-25 Kia during my browsing and knew the car they had would be perfect. I called immediately and was able to get ahold of Johnny. Johnny is amazing! He worked diligently all day making sure that all our paperwork was in order and let me know that I was approved before I even got off of work. Unfortunately, I underestimated the trip to Longmont and arrived late. It was NO PROBLEM. They didn't make me or my sister feel bad or like we were wasting their time. We met Sebastian who had the keys ready for us on arrival. He was also super great! He handled the sale wonderfully and helped us understand everything that we were signing. After all of the paperwork was done we met with Ray in financing who secured the loan. Did I mention he was also awesome! They all were so friendly and helpful and made the process exceptionally easy and welcoming. I will definitely be back here and I 10/10 recommend this dealership!

Awesome experience working with i25 Kia and will be using them going forward despite several dealerships in our area being much closer. We had put a deposit down on the 2021 Sorento we wanted at our local dealership but i25 Kia had a better price and the interior color we wanted in-stock. Called them as soon as they opened on 5/8/2021 to confirm it was there and drove an hour up to the dealership. We worked with Sebastian who was very helpful and efficient in getting the transaction done. Despite the longer drive, we will be taking our sales and service business to them going forward. Stay away from Arapahoe Kia in Centennial, total con-artists! 100% worth the extra drive up north to i25 Kia....

Had a great experience with i25. We were in the market for a new Telluride at MSRP and they had one we wanted already set to come to the dealership, so our wait for exactly what we wanted was relatively short. We aren’t in Colorado, and it was our first experience buying from a different state, but luckily everyone we worked with was super helpful and knowledgeable and made the process easy. They were very straightforward and were not at all pushy about warranties and extras, which I appreciated. My salesperson Brandon was also super responsive and nice to work with. Can’t say enough good things.
