Every single staff member I have had an interaction with during this transaction has been very friendly, professional, and extremely helpful! Sebastian and the gentleman in the service department in particular! We drove from Thornton and our nearest Kia dealership to this location and I am so glad we did, this entire staff deserves kudos for treating customers so well and truly showing us that they value our business! We will recommend to our friends and family and will be back to this location for our next Kia purchase!

Had a great experience here. Felt valued even though there were a lot of people buying cars the same day. I got lucky and they happened to have the Kia Telluride dream car I’ve been wanting for a long time!

Have been coming to I25 Kia for 11yrs & purchased a new 2012 Sorento (traded in a 2004) keeping the 2012 & now purchasing a2020 Sorento! The service has always been great & the employees awesome!

BEWARE DO NOT BUY A TRUCK FROM HERE!!! If you buy a...

BEWARE DO NOT BUY A TRUCK FROM HERE!!! If you buy a Truck from this dealership, it comes from Canada. If you buy a truck that has something like Sirius XM Gaurdian on it, which by the way is a factory installed part of all Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep radios, then don't plan to get it working. The dealership will tell you that its a after market item, when its not ask any Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep Dealership. When you ask to have it fixed, they won't do the right thing, they just tell you that they will cover half the cost of the radio that they want to buy in Used condition. Asked them to replace the radio under the extra warranty that I paid for. We can't and won't do that either. Lie about the radio having issues, cause God knows you all have no problems lying about your vehicles to the customers. If with the deductible it would be cheaper for them to file a warranty against it and replacing it than covering half of a used radio, which by the way may not actually work fully with the truck your putting it in with all it's features. Maybe the dealership is good selling KIA's and nothing else. By the looks of the reviews before me they are horrible at selling the trucks, cause it looks like they all have problems of some sort.
