Wonderful Customer Service

My family & I have been dealing with Flammer Ford of Spring Hill for years. This time, I was interested in getting a hybrid car. Steve Duffy assisted me. We looked at several vehicles. I test drove a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Steve was extremely helpful. He handled the paperwork, including getting my car insurance switched over, for me. He reviewed the car's features with me & arranged for a co-worker to go over them in depth with me the next morning. I was able to take the car home that night. The next morning, Steve greeted me & had Anna show me all of the features. This included getting the Sirius satellite radio activated & my cell phone hooked up for hands free use. I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service I received from everyone at Flammer Ford. Thanks so much!

Chevy Man Turned Ford

I myself have bought Ford before and had the sales women Anna Maria Psihas which I will always deal with she treats you with respect andlistens to what you want. Well I finally got my Chevy husband to go check out the trucks at flammer ford and to ask for Anna Maria and she would be honest and do her best to get you what you want. Well needless to say my Husband is now a Ford man and is loving it he tells everyone of his great experience at Flammer Ford . I myself have had nothing but great service From sales AnnaMaria to the service department, You now have two loyal customers and Thank you ever so much.

Flammer Ford Experience

Flammer Ford of Spring Hill, with Ron Tesar and Nate Whitfield was the best car buying experience I've ever had! From the time I walked in to the time I left, I felt that I was treated with respect and honesty. Both Ron and Nate patiently explained everything to me and made the car buying experience easier than when I previously purchased a car. I will go back there again when I need a new car.

F150 Raptor Transmission

I was having issues with hard shifting and surging with my 2011 Raptor. I had taken it to another dealer who found no issues by checking the computer for codes. After running the same diagnostics at Flammer Ford and getting the same results, the technician, Sparky, contacted the Ford Hotline and found that they did have reported issues. He found that the transmission main control valve needed to be replaced...not a simple job! I just picked up my truck and after a little break-in time the transmission seems to be working better than ever. I want to express my gratitude to Brittany, Sparky and the entire team for helping me with my truck.

Great Service Department

I am just turning 100,000 miles on my 2008 ford Truck. I have had all my service on this truck at Flammer Ford in Spring Hill. Every time over the past 7 years has been a great experience. Mr. Robert Dull has gone above and beyond on several occasions to take care of me. Finding people that actually take pride in good customer service is rare in todays world. Mr. Dull was always glad to see me come in and was always glad to see me go because he knew that there was another satisfied customer and I was every time. I plan on keeping my truck for another 100,000 miles and know I can count on excellent service in the future from the service department at Flammer Ford. I actually live in the Clearwater area and drive about 50 miles and pass 3 other ford dealers to have my service done at Mr. Dulls service center at Flamer Ford.

Dave Vilar was very professional, courteous and hardworking

Dave worked tirelessly to get the vehicle of our choice....the color we wanted and the package and accessories. The whole process from selecting a vehicle thru final signing and driving away with it went smoothly and seamlessly....a great experience. Russ Silverstone was "dogged" in his determination to get us the vehicle we wanted. Thanks for his help too. I think Dave Donovan works in finance now...we signed the lease papers, etc., with him.
