Ford Spring Hill

I am just turning 100,000 miles on my 2008 ford Truck. I have had all my service on this truck at Flammer Ford in Spring Hill. Every time over the past 7 years has been a great experience. Mr. Robert Dull has gone above and beyond on several occasions to take care of me. Finding people that actually take pride in good customer service is rare in todays world. Mr. Dull was always glad to see me come in and was always glad to see me go because he knew that there was another satisfied customer and I was every time. I plan on keeping my truck for another 100,000 miles and know I can count on excellent service in the future from the service department at Flammer Ford. I actually live in the Clearwater area and drive about 50 miles and pass 3 other ford dealers to have my service done at Mr. Dulls service center at Flamer Ford.

Dave worked tirelessly to get the vehicle of our choice....the color we wanted and the package and accessories. The whole process from selecting a vehicle thru final signing and driving away with it went smoothly and seamlessly....a great experience. Russ Silverstone was "dogged" in his determination to get us the vehicle we wanted. Thanks for his help too. I think Dave Donovan works in finance now...we signed the lease papers, etc., with him.

Dave Vilar was so excellent to work with, he was not pushy. He returned phone calls promptly and was always a pleasure to speak with. All employees went above and beyond to help with any concerns or questions we had. Would recommend this dealer to anyone and everyone! We are so pleased with our purchase of our used Hyundai Sonata Limited. Flammer Ford in Spring Hill really helped us out and we were able to get exactly what we wanted. Anna Marie was my sales person. She was patient and put no pressure on me even when I changed my mind. She took the time to take me to a mobility specialist to make sure a wheelchair lift would fit on the car I was considering. Jeff made sure I understood how to work everything in the car, and also took me to meet Pete in the service department.Mike made the financing easy. Very Professional, courtious, and helpful. It was difficult to let go of my old vehicle of 10 years. They made it easy and painless! Ron was open to allowing me to look at and drive any vehicle I wanted. He did a great interview to find out and ensure that I was not overshooting my budget. He and Russ worked with me to get to a payment that I was comfortable with and that I was okay with. Thumbs up to both of them for caring and taking the time to get it there. (although it did not take that much time) I knew where I needed to be pricewise and payment wise and they went there with me. There was no muss and mess and I can say that for the first time ever it was fun buying a car! I did not feel the presure and pain that i have felt in the past. These guys are good and they are fairly no nonsense. There waranties are awesome, loaner cars if necessary, and they want to work with you on your level. Thanks guys! I will be back!
