pleasant experience
I was very pleased with the whole experience. No pressure placed on buying. She made us feel comfortable with the whole process. She was very knowledgeable and experienced. I will highly recommend Flammer Ford, Anna Psihas and Manager Bobby Triola to anyone wanting to buy or lease a Ford.

Our interaction at Flammer Ford with the individuals designated in our survey proved to be by far one of the easiest and most efficient experiences in purchasing a new vehicle. These employees displayed the utmost professionalism in extending their knowledge of not only the car itself but also of the purchasing process. Dave Vilar initially introduced my spouse to the Fusion and what it offers; then when I, as a co-purchaser, was available, Dave Donovan patiently guided both my husband and me with additional and complete info regarding this make and model and the financing. After our purchase, Jeff Miner fully explained and with ease all the options that our new Fusion provides, inviting us to return with any further questions. Once again, as with previous purchases from this dealership, the employees' guidance and direction proved to be exemplary. Smooth experience
We drove all the way from homestead to buy our 2006 ford f250 from steve because of his excellent customer service he has provided for my parents with their new explorer. We knew it would be a smooth and easy transition going from our chevy truck to an awesome diesel powered f250 and wouldn't have changed a thing. we are extremely satisfied.

Best car experience ever!!!
I have to say that I have just had the best car experience that I have ever had. My wife and I dealt with Dave Vilar (Sales Consultant), he was the most helpful and polite man. Dave answered all our questions in a professional manner and there were many. He was in no way pushy or try to get us to do something on our first visit. His knowledge level was great and his patience was amazing. I will work with Dave as long as he is at Flammer Ford. I was so impressed with all the people that we met there, that I told the General Manager Bobby Triola that he had the best staff of people working for him that I had ever seen at a car dealership. From Dave Vilar to Mike Fye (Finance Manager) to Jeff Miner (Customer service Manager) all of them were knowledgeable, professional and the most important to me was honest. My wife and I were so impressed we ended up with two new cars and I have now found my neighborhood dealer for a long time. Our experience at Flammer Ford
I rated it this way, I did because I knew what to expect when I got there, only because I bought my last vehicle there, and they were very good at what they do and understands that I am looking for a good deal that fits my wallet. I will do business with them again. They were very understanding on how we felt for the wait, and made us very comfortable while we waited to do everything we had too do to buy a car.
