Great customer service

Ron provided excellent service without the stereotype "car salesman" attitude. He listened to what vehicle/options I wanted to purchase and helped me find it which I subsequently purchased. He never persuaded me to consider another vehicle or options. Without a doubt, I will recommend Flammer Ford and particularly, Ron Tesar. Thank you.

Please, who ever is reading this review, do not hesitate to go to Flammer Ford of Spring Hill for your first and final stop. I could not have been more pleased with my purchase - 2014 Ford Fusion!!!! Bill Schwiebert and Dave Donovan worked tirelessly with me to keep me to my budget and get me in a car that I wanted, not a car that I would have to settle for. I was treated like a Princess. These 2 fellows gave me all the time I needed to think about my purchase and work out my finances without any high pressure sales tactic. They cared about my needs and treated me with respect, not just another sale. They gave me such a good deal and I am so excited and happy with my purchase. Go and see these guys!!! Nothing Like the Family Owned Dealership

Totally satisfied with my experience at Flammer Ford. I rented a car and drove 130 miles to purchase a used truck. I trusted that Art and Nate had properly represented the vehicle in our conversations over the phone. Their descriptions of the vehicle were right on the money! It was just as they described it and exactly what I was looking for. I felt like they were 100% honest and fair with me. Purchase of a car

Dave did a fantastic job of showing me the Explorer and the Tauraus. He was very knowledgable and pleasant to work with. As we were walking around the wash bay I noticed a Hyuandai Genesis being detailed. After looking it over and test driving it, we made an offer. Everything went great in the salesmanship with Dave and the final paperwork with Mike. Dave set up an appointment, after finding out one of the key remotes wasn't working, with Car Keys Express. It was fixed immediately and we were on our way with no cost to us. I highly recommend Flammer Ford and our salesman Dave Vilar for a new or used car.

Great buying experience!

Came from Tampa to purchase a 2014 Ford Fusion. Love the car and had a great experience with Art and Mr. Mike. I did quite a bit of shopping around as there are many Ford dealers in the Bay area, and after finally pulling the trigger here I've been very happy with the whole buying experience.

Love my new ride!

I recently began looking for a Crossover type vehicle and after just a couple of weeks Anna Psihas found the perfect fit for me. This is my second vehicle purchased from her, although a new location. Ricardo and the great team at Flammer

Every time I bring my car in for service I have the pleasure of dealing with Ricardo. He makes you feel like you are important and he goes out of his way to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with your experience. Flammer Ford makes you feel like you are part of the family. Each employee I have ever dealt with from the technicians to the ladies in the billing office have always been pleasant and helpful. Ricardo always goes the extra mile. In fact, he went above and beyond the call of duty recently to ensure that I was well taken care of and even provided me with a loaner car when my vehicle was not finished on the same day. He always makes it a great experience and I was serious when I told him he deserved a raise and the employee of the month. Looking to trade up; landed first visit

Service was very satisfactory; was not sure what I would get into. Was pleasantly surprised and would recommend this dealership to anyone. Leasing My 2014 Ford Edge

On 5/15/2014 I went to the dealership to turn in my 2012 Ford Edge lease vehicle & to finalize the deal on my new lease for a 2014 Ford Edge. My salesman, Dave Vilar, was very professional & pleasant to work with. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful in locating the right vehicle for me. He showed a sincere interest in making sure my requirements were met & my questions were answered. I thought that the financial paperwork process on the delivery date could have been better. I was expecting to meet with the Finance Manager, Mike Fye, whom I had known from previous leases he had handled for me. He was not there, so someone else handled the meeting. This was "okay" but I had some difficulty getting some of my questions answered and concerns addressed. He seemed a little distracted and overall I felt the process was somewhat rushed.
