Excellent service

Brought my car in for an oil change, and was done. When I got my car it had been washed and wiped down on the inside...what a great surprise!

Treated very well: great friendly service

Took care of everything I needed. Very kind and friendly staff. Took all day for a repair but worth the wait because they took care of me

Very Easy Process

Very easy process. Everyone was helpful. I would definitely go back. Took awhile, but when doesn't getting a car take a long time? The car is very nice.

Poor communication

Let me start by saying I did purchase a car and I really like my car, however, it was a very frustrating process that continued a few days after I drove off the lot! First the price that was given to me by my salesperson and one fo the finance guys was questioned the next day and miscalculated when I returned the next day to take it for another drive. The individuals that gave me a price on Monday were not there on Tuesday. On Tuesday I felt pressured to complete all of the paper work so I could take the car home that day, I did not want to do that, I had planned to come back Saturday to pick it up. It was frustrating enough that I had to express that if someone else tried to talk me Into taking the car on Tuesday I would be walking out and not returning. I at that time was not desperate for a car- I had one and the lease wasn’t up for a couple more months. Saturday I returned to complete the papers- that part went pretty smooth, except I couldn’t get my deposit back because there were not two managers working at that time. I was assured it would be mailed Monday. Monday I received calls that I didn’t sign a form, and was asked when I could return to Schenectady to sign it. I explained that I didn’t have the time that week (the week of Thanksgiving) and I was told that someone could bring it to me, they would get back to me with a time. Tuesday a repeat call, I was told that the refund was not sent and that they would check for the papers again. I received a text that I needed to sign the papers. Wednesday evening I found that I had the electronic version of the form signed that they insisted I did not sign, I called shared the scenario about the DMV form and questioned the refund not being sent out. I was told that I should have received the refund on Saturday and that I had been misinformed. I was asked to leave the Manager, Angel a message. I did leave a message knowing that the next day was thanksgiving and I would probably not hear back until some point over the weekend. Fortunately I received my refund in the mail but I have not yet heard from the manager, perhaps Confirmation that the refund had been sent and that they found the missing DMV form. When the time comes for a new car, which we will be purchasing another car soon, I will rethink going to Fucillo at this point in time.

Winter Check Up

I called for an appointment and I was given one for the same day. I wanted a winter check up and an overall inspection. The job was done in a timely manor and I was on my way with in 1 1/2 hours. I have always been treated well by the staff and I have always been happy with the service.

Excellent customer service

The Fucillo sales team bent over backwards to see to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Fucillo Hyundai and Lincoln to my friends and family.

Very friendly and informational

Paul was very helpful and really helped us in finding what we were looking for. Paul really worked to get us out in anew vehicle in the same day! His information and willingness to go the extra mile impacted my decision

Car's in great shape thanks to Fuccillo

I went in for my regular service and as usual it was done quickly and by people who are very friendly and efficient. It needed a new battery and an axel and they took good care of that too. My waiting period in the waiting room was good and I was greeted by so many of the people that work there! Nick and Bob in the Service Dept. are very helpful and accommodating and I trust every word they say to me. I've had my car for 8 years and only go to Fuccillo for everything that needs to be done. Thank you!
