10,000 mile checkup, oil change and state inspection
Bob Anderson was very helpful and friendly as well as professional. Since the wait would be more than an hour, he arranged for the shuttle to drive us to another destination we needed to reach. The report we received on the checkup on the car was through and easy to understand. The charges were reasonable and quite acceptable.

Best family oriented place yet
Derek was great from the start . I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman . He helped with any questions I had . Helped with insurance needs when that was not his job. Fucillo service - 2017 Tucson
My recent service experience was very good. Went in just to have the first oil change. Glad I did it since there were several Service Bulletins that needed to be done. Never thought of them so I'm glad they are taken care of. No problems experienced and it all went well.

Failed to obtain parts required prior to my arrival
I made an appointment to have the airbags replaced in my Lincoln MKX as part of a national recall. I spoke on several occasions with the Service Manager as I needed to reschedule my appointment on one occasion. Despite this, and despite repeated communication from them that they were aware of my appointment, on the day that I arrived I spent about 30 minutes at the dealership before somebody came out and told me that they did not have the necessary parts to complete the repair. This was unbelievably frustrating as I do not have a tremendous amount of free time and I specifically took time off from work and drove 30 minutes only to find out that it was for nought.
