Best Leasing and buying experience ever!
I have purchased a few used vehicles in the past always felt like I was stepping 8nto a shark tank and pretty much did purchase before this from South Point Auto ended with a catrina car . From that. point on NO MORE USED VEHICLES .Then I went to FUCCILLO.wow!i came ready to purchase ,knew what i wanted and all i need was the right representative to walk me through the process.That person was DON GROUNDS.I am impressed appreciative and downright grateful to have made his acquaintance Sooo very happy with my new purchase which began as a lease in 2015. DON is trust worthy,kind,honest and straight forward. I cannot imagine having a better vehicle buying experience. My husband was very impressed too. We consider him a friend and will reccomend him to anyone we know that is in the market for a vehicle new or used

Easy to talk with, good price service was great, added service parts that vehicle needed to make sure customer was happy. This is third time buying threw fucciello. I was happy first and second time. I wiil go back again.

Long wait!
I waited over 3 hours. The service I came in for was a tire replacement and a inspection. Inspection machine was not working and after 3 hours still did not even get an inspection and must come back. Service rep was friendly and nice but the wait was extremely too long and seems to be unnecessary since only half the service was performed.

So that happened
I had done bout 2 months of looking around before going to Fuccillo. And getting Derek w as my sales rep I had a very vague idea of what I wanted but knew exactly how much I was willing to spend in the end he made buying my first car a breeze and really made it happen and was just the best experience I have had a dealership even when I called back with a small issue the very next day they prompt resolved it to ease my worries

Our experience at Fuccillo
Richard our salesperson was very helpful and patient. He did go the extra mile to find exactly what we were looking for. Also, the credit manager was very helpful too. He needed certain information which we obtained for him to allow us to get the zero percent financing for our new 2018 Lincoln Hybrid MKZ . ] We were disappointed though to learn we didn't get any extra perks from Billy Fuccillo to get a free cruise or any perks at Rivers Cadino. LOL

Sales Good/Delivery not so much
We had a nice salesman Tim. He helped up without being pushy. By the time we left we had an appointment to pick up our car the next day at 5:30 p.m. We were told we would be in and out within 15 minutes. Upon arrival the next day, it was as if they'd never heard our name before. Paperwork was not completed and we sat there waiting for an hour for it to be done and despite our asking about it repeatedly, they were clearly in no hurry. This is not good customer service. Our paperwork should have been done and ready to go by 5:00p.m. We felt our time was not valued once they had our commitment to spend thousands of dollars on a car at their dealership. For this reason I would be reticent to recommend them. Simply not how you treat customers. Very disappointing.
