We first made contact with Gary almost 3 months ago and

We first made contact with Gary almost 3 months ago and there wasn’t a car on the lot that we liked, he kept sending info and pics of Camaros that came in, but again, nothing that we wanted until the last time. Once we got on the lot, he pulled it around and had us in for a test drive I’m just a few minutes. That sealed the deal for me! Next Jason took over and we chatted about price and rates and after a bit of a discussion we got the deal where it was manageable. The entire process was pretty simple with this team and it was a quick turnaround out the door.

Communication was minimal.

Communication was minimal. I had to call another mechanic to explain the work that needs to be done on the invoice I was given. My service advisor was almost non existent. Extremely unhappy with the service I received. Will most likely go to a different dealership moving forward. I was also supposed to get a call from the service manager to explain my issues with the truck and transfer me to another advisor to continue the work. I never got a call back from the manager either. Same horrible service that was provided previously under Michaels Chev. Guess the new owner hasn't' changed anything.

The service was spectacular, staff went above and beyond. If someone asked what I think of a place to do business, I would have to say, that there’s no other dealership I would take my business to.

There was little communication between me and the person

There was little communication between me and the person who was assisting me. I had no idea what the progress of my car was for over 4 hours. I also wasn’t informed about the long wait time. Multiple people were upset in the waiting room, and from them, I gathered that the shop was short staffed that day. I imagined that having an appointment would make my visit shorter, but that was not the case. It makes me question what the point of an appointment was. At the end of my visit, I was only told what they found and that they didn’t have time to do anything else. Four hours of waiting to not even get anywhere with fixing my car. I am very disappointed in my visit and lack of customer service. It felt very much like I was ignored along with every other customer there sitting for hours. I will not be returning.
