AMAZING!

AMAZING!!!! Go to Miguel Ramos he will help you!!! Such an amazing person. On Friday the 2nd I had went to a dealership Fresno autoplex thinking that they were going to help but they were horrible there I walked out tearing up bcuz I really wanted a car, well that same night I kept looking and looking into other dealerships and I bump into this one and the next day I went here and BOOM! Me and my boyfriend met Miguel Ramos and literally made us the happiest people on earth! Walked out of that dealership with tears but this time HAPPY TEARS!

Blackstone Chevrolet is the best place to find an awesome

Blackstone Chevrolet is the best place to find an awesome sales team who are friendly, polite and don't pressure you. They have the best prices in the area. Believe me, we did our homework. The purchase process went smoothly. We did not intend to buy a car that day but could not pass up the quality we received for the value we got. If you want to experience the best auto shopping or purchase in the central valley, please go into Blackstone Chevrolet and ask for Ramfis. He will assist you, not coerce you. We plan to bring other family members in to get their next quality vehicles. I am proudly driving around in my 2023 Chevy Trailblazer and planning on it lasting the rest of my life. Worst customer service there besides the service dept.

Worst customer service there besides the service dept. The floor manager acts like you’re invisible and there is zero sense of urgency. We just purchased a truck not even 3 weeks ago and have had multiple problems with it and they keep claiming they aren’t liable. We finally took it to a different automotive shop to be repaired. ALSO, on their google reviews they have, they replied back to all the positive reviews and not my negative review. Wouldn’t you want to rectify an issue at your business??

I don’t like posting 1 star reviews, my car was returned

I don’t like posting 1 star reviews, my car was returned to me absolutely filthy after this dealership had my car for 5 months. They didn’t have the part needed for the repair for 5 months and refused to provide me with a loaner vehicle during that time. On top of that, while the main repair was covered under warranty, I was still given a bill of $1000 for 4 hours of labor to change some wiring in the engine bay. When I asked for photos and other documentation of the repair the first few months I was repeatedly ignored until the bill came. When I pressed again when the bill was due, I was txted 1 close up grainy photo as “proof” of the additional work completed. The cherry on top is that I they didn’t even wash my car because they “didn’t know I was coming” even though I was traveling from 4 hours away to get the car and communicated this to them a week prior. I could not directly communicate with anyone because I never got a direct phone number or email and always had dial the main line and leave messages with reception which may or may not have been passed along. When I arrived, they didn’t even offer to wash it real quick while I waited, they just gave me the keys and sent me on my way. My car also needed an oil change, something I’ve had other dealers throw in for free previously. They didn’t address it. Overall absolutely terrible experience not only with GM but with this dealer specifically. I would take my car to every other Chevy dealer in California before returning here based on their lack of communication, lack of transparency, and lack of effort to do more than the absolute bare minimum.

Sloppy work.

Sloppy work. residual oil leak after an oil change. poor communication. wait was to long.

Frustrated and disappointed with poor service

No communication what so ever with service dept check engine light issue was told had a dead cell in battery cables were bad and fuse block needed replacing.truck has been in shop since 3 Aug last info received waiting on part that was on Thurs Aug 3 no contact all day Fri now it is mon and still no word.Purchased this silvarado Dec 27 less than 60 thousand miles 2018 yr have bumper to bumper warranty to 100,000 miles not covered in this instance bill is at over 1000 to repair.very frustrated and dissapointed.I have purchased 3 vehicles previously from this dealership.This Silverado may have been my last purchase at this business.
